I really despise this location. Every time we have visited this location the staff has been rude, pushy and for whatever reason they are always closed an hour before the stated time on Google. Tonight we were told that the lobby closes at 8:30 pm but we were there at 8:10 pm. I don't know if the guy is a manager or not but he didn't want to tell myself and another customer the time they closed, we both asked him three times each. This location needs a refresher course on customer service for their staff!

Willy( manager )was amazing we came on a very busy friday night the drive thru line was around the building however we went inside to order our food he took great care of us he was so nice and welcoming we decided to dine in ...due to his great service and personality we will definitely be going back and telling everyone come to this location to see willy

Ordered online with Door Dash. (Household has been sick.) Ordered extra Mac n Cheese, ( I have a big family) Did not receive one of the large Mac and cheeses. I called the door dasher, said, not my problem call the store. I called the store.... NO Answer 20 minutes I've been trying! Don't use Door dash, check your order.

Seeing how there aren't very many restaurants in the area I hit up Popeyes and I can't complain. It was good food with quick service.
Go Popeyes! Keep the magic going. Kind employees, clean place inside and out. The soul train line of cars. Speaks volumes of good cooking and delicious chicken. But you need one thing to make it Top Notch. Have an employee go take orders outside and get that line to moving. Yes, folks will wait for their food. But folks also want to get home and feed the children. Oh! Don't be shy to give out samples. Folks love that stuff. ?PS: Your strawberry biscuits need some serious love. No one likes dry biscuits. Even the biscuits in the meals are to dry. Put the fluff and buttery taste into the biscuits. ?
