So the sign has the food listed at $17.99, which was already ridiculous, but whatever. Then my total comes up to over $20, and a quick math showed they charged $1.10 more, I wouldn’t have paid attention but the price was already trash. So I ask for an itemized receipt and the cashier was acting cagey. So I said, let me see the itemized receipt. Turns out they charged $18.99, and stated well the prices have went up and shrugged. Yeah ok, you have to charge what you have posted, bait and switch is illegal. He got the manager on the phone and I let them know, run me my $1, or refund my whole transaction. He rudely refunded me, my $1, but before yall pay there, make sure what you’re being charged is correct.

Horrible fast food. Basic flavors. Overpriced. These teen employees are being taken advantage of by being trained so poorly. Literally not that difficult to run a business like this. It should sell itself, yet here we are, in a greasy corner with worthless management.

So good the way the flavor melts into my mouth every single time… I always have to stop by when I’m in the mall… expect to spend atleast 10$ a bucket and the wait is usually around 10-15 minutes but the fries are fresh so I don’t mind

I have never had a bad experience here until today. Worst management you can think of when it comes to wanting to fix a problem. You aren’t allowed to get a refund for the food you dislike because it’s cold. My daughter ended up eating it because she was hungry but never again will I be going
