Pretzelmaker is so underrated.
I’ve had Auntie Anne’s and Wetzel’s Pretzels but nothing compares to Pretzelmaker. What stands out is that Pretzelmaker soft pretzels are fluffier and lighter, and have a better overall taste IMO. They are what I describe as “pillowy goodness” and they always come out piping hot!
Pretzelmaker is located in the lower-level of the Moreno Valley Mall next to Macy’s. Pro-Tip: Park in the lot between the Macy’s and JC Penney stores. There’s an entrance that leads you down a corridor closest to Pretzelmaker.
Because the pretzels are made fresh to order, there is a bit of a wait time. But the wait is always worth it.
My favorite items to get are:
* Mozzarella Stuffed Pretzel Bites with Pepperoni (buttered, Unsalted)
* Pretzel Bites
The lady (owner, maybe?) who’s been making the pretzels does a fantastic job kneading the dough and making these delightful bites!
And — shhh —- they are the perfect treat to take inside Harkins movie theater (in your purse, of course). Much more satisfying than popcorn!
Pretzelmaker, you are simply the best and completely irresistible!

Best Pretzels in the game. So much better than every other pretzel chain. Other chains taste like cardboard compared to Pretzelmaker. Tried em all, but their pretzel bites are unmatched. You can venture off and try any other item on the menu and enjoy, but the bites beat all other places I've tried. I will go out of my way to eat pretzels here and once you have, the competition just tastes sad. Long time fan. Just wish they had more locations on the west coast.

I happened to stop by while going to the movies, and I loved the warm, freshly baked pretzel. It was so nice, and I think this spot will become my regular hangout. This time, I tried the cheese and sausage pretzel, but the pizza pretzel also looked really good. Next time, I’ll try the pizza pretzel.
I usually don't eat pretzel because I don't like it. But I have a chance to visit this place yesterday, it was the best pretzel I've ever had. I strongly recommend this place to everybody!
Pretzel was fresh, it is not salty at all which is a big plus!
Awesome place to comfort your hunger quickly, freshly made pretzels, yummy!
I usually get the mozzarella balls with the garlic coating and jalapeno nacho cheese. For my second sauce, I tried the caramel just to see how that combination would taste. It was actually very good, I recommend it!
They cashier was nice, understanding, calm, and precise. The food I got was good.

Dough is stale and they take a long time. Other pretzel places take your order and get you out at the same time. Here you have to get a number and wait as if they are making your pretzels fresh. When you get it, not fresh at all.
Quality has definitely gone down. I visit from out of state and used to love stopping here before going home. The pretzel bites used to be hot and fresh, and even tasted good heated up the next day. The ones I picked up today were cold, and seemed a little old because they were hard to chew. Plus, they no longer have the regular cheese which was a bummer ): most likely won’t be back again

Ordered pretzel bites from here yesterday and when I got in my car to eat them they were tough and hard to chew. They were very old. The cheese sauce tasted weird too, like it's been heated up multiple times. Just wish the food was fresh.

Dont get the “mozzarella” balls. They taste like cardboard
There are many different types of pretzels and they are made fresh to order and are really delicious. I like it because it’s not salty.?
I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. Moved out of state, and came back to visit and stopped here. Still fresh dough, delicious garlic butter sauce. I’m so glad they haven’t changed the recipe. They set the bar high because every place I go to now, their pizza pretzels are TRASH. Love this place.
Poor customer service.
