If fast food employees are going to be paid $20 per hour. I expect as a customer that my order is complete and accurate and I get everything that I paid. I purchased lunch for my kids to drop off at school. I purchased two extra cane sauces, and only received one. The one that I received was not under refrigeration, and the sauce was broken, meaning that emulsion broke. The Cane Sauce must be kept under refrigerator until is sold to a customer. If this is food safety hazard.I’m sure many customers will feel the same way a will now seriously consider something other than fast food. The prices will increase that means poor quality, smaller portions, and bad service.

Just left your location horrible experience will never come here again. Disrespectful staff rude management. I was in line and the worker straight out told me I’m gonna go to the next car and skipped me and never came back to me then when I got to the window, I was received an attitude and a back-and-forth, what happens when you get paid $20 an hour and don’t care about your customer service anymore. How disrespectful and what a horrible service that I received here never coming back again.!!

"FOOD POISONING" We went to this location on 3-31-2024 at 2:31 am ordered a 3pc combo ate there and 20 minutes later at home started rejecting ?? the BAD CHICKEN. POISON ME "F U"! I called Erin, the so called day manager and her reaction was laughter......Erin some advise, work on your customer service. I was violently ill for 3 days. We will see how funny it will be when the health dept. turns your restaurant upside down looking for violations. "Now that's funny"!?

people here are nice and things start off okay, then suddenly you fall into a hole of being bossed around by immature managers that would rather film themselves on BeReal then actually help do their job. You’ll get tired of the nonsense they come up with just to have you stay outside and take orders when it’s 35° outside and that give you 3inch hand warmers to help keep you warm for the 3 customers that come during the hour. Highschool gossip is what i can call this place, managers text employee’s outside of canes and will screenshoot each others text and send them around the restaurant. So will the employee’s to the managers. Nothing is safe in this place so don’t even bother making friends. They’ll turn on you faster then a manager coming over to tell you that you can’t stand around for 0.5 seconds when everything is squeaky clean and theres no customers. The hours will have you question why you’re even alive when you spend your off time dreaming about the one spot you missed cleaning because the managers drill it into your head. Who eats chicken at 9am? if you do get a life LOL. And then closing at 3:30 am the latest is crazyyyy. Y’all come in drunk and then complain your 3 chicken strips aren’t warm enough. Just don’t work here. It ruins your life.

The food was good and hot. The service was excellent!! I don't know the gentleman's name thst was helping us but he was really nice and helpful. He came to check on us at our table and collected our trash from us and he also did the same for the other tables and even offered to refill our drinks!! Thst was the best service ever!!!!
