I stopped by Rally’s with a few family members just looking for a quick bite — wasn’t expecting much, to be honest. You don’t really go to a fast food place thinking you’ll get great service, but that’s exactly what we got.
The woman at the counter, Sukh, was awesome. She was moving fast, taking orders, making food, doing it all. My son was with me, and she was super sweet to him — really friendly and kind.
The food actually surprised me too — way better than I expected.
Big thanks to Sukh. We’ll definitely be coming back.

The cashier wasn’t even in a good mood and kinda had an ick written on her whole face.
Funny when a person with a different skin tone came in, she changed her whole mood. Thier food came out first and well done. Mine was burnt.

ORIGINAL REVIEW - I came in and placed an order. When I was waiting for my food, I noticed a mouse running back and forth in the kitchen near the bread, which was placed on the floor on a pallet. I immediately canceled my order. This was today at 7:30 pm. Very unsanitary and health officials need to look into this. Also, the server had no hair net, and her hair was past her waist swinging over customers' food.

I came for the first time. I ordered a burger combo and my wife got a chicken sandwich combo as well. For what we paid it was worth it. Tasty! The portions of the fries were good as well. The cashier was also very helpful in helping us choose our order. I came in at 11am. Plenty of seating.
Inside of a Wal-Mart but better than McDonalds. Only one person working there at 1:00 in the afternoon so expect to wait a bit for food. Still good though, Rally's hasn't really changed in the 20+ years I've been going. Still the best fries in the game!

This location did not disappoint, the fries and tenders were very well seasoned and the burgers cooked perfect with the right amount of condiments. We all opted for Medium and it was a lot of food looked like a large. The soda was nice and crisp..
