Pizza was cold even though they put it in the oven for like 20 seconds. Probably the worse pizza I've had in my life. They also gave me a cup of ice. Not a cup of soda because it was 95% full of ice. Service was horrible, workers look like they don't want to be there and were rude. Will not be returning.

The worker was extremely rude and almost looked like she didn’t want to take our order with the attitude she had. Ordered two strambolis to-go and when I got home cut them in half and they both didn’t have anything inside. Such a RIPOFF!!! It’s all bread inside. Beware when ordering here.

Get some italians or like me, Germans here for workers. The two mexicans that were behind counter dont cut it. Weird attitude.owner knows all this, he seems to be more worried abiut every penny then he is about making customers happy. Very frustrating.
Food is very expensive. A little bowl of pasta with no meat sauce $15. I can go to Chicago pasta house or so and get a salad huge plate of pasta with meat sauce, bread and all for 12.50. Makes no sense these prices. This mall is dead and shouldn't charge extra for that especially with a Texas road house and all just across the street. Food was ok. Corporate packaged food. Average at its best. Spaghetti woth tomatoes sauce the 5.99 special was disgusting. One little scoop of sauce on top and the rest of Spaghetti had no sauce while eating. This is not Italian dining. I have been in Italy for most of my childhood and this is an I sult for Italian food. Shame on you guys.
And the way they easily pick pasta and out it in the bowl...ridiculous. china ace 2 stalls down literally scoops the food in box to were it almost can't be closed. Here at this Italian place a few noodles at the time making sure not one pasta too much. Really??? Is pasta this expensive?

I had a catering order for 10 pizzas I did and paid for days ahead of time. When it came to me picking up the order, the manager was just sitting there at the register doing nothing. When I told her I'm here to pick up the catering order, she said, "oh s***, that's today? Give me 20 mins." The pizzas were over 30mins late for the 1hr window I had in the party room for my daughter's 1st bday party, so we missed out on half the time I had paid for. The pizzas I did recieve were so rushed and sloppy, the dough had holes in the bottom and some pieces were still raw. After this ordeal, I didn't even get as much as an apology from the manager or any kind of compensation.

The Mexican lady was mad that she had to make me whole pizza she had rude tone. I get my pizza in a cloed box I then get to my house And there a fly on my pizza. I go back to the store to talk about it when I saw she looked very sacred and nervous. Sabarro pleas do I investigationi it happen from 11:00am to 12 pm jul 24 I talked to Manger but she ignored me .

Really good pizza when it’s fresh. A few good vegetarian options. The mushroom pizza is my favorite. It’s a little pricey, but the slices are large.
Vegetarian options: They usually have a few vegetarian options available.

It's embarrassing to all the mom and pops pizza here in California that Sbarro pizza is actually not just better but actually tastes good and you can appreciate it. I am a former New York and New Jersey resident. The pizza in California is a nightmare can't find a good place today it felt like I was home been in California for over 2 years. So disappointed...they were out of spaghetti and cheese pizza and then they didn't have any napkins available. Very poorly maintained place when pasta and pizza are your staple offerings.

Ate here and got charged for a bottled drink instead of fountain which was more expensive. I let it slide but when I asked for a refill atleast I was refused rudely. Only response to shut me up was a quick Covid, can't Covid!
