Me and my family went to Shakey's for the buffet and their service was excellent. They always had pizza, chicken and Mojo's. Everything was always ready for us to to get very satisfied

Great food and I love that the Moreno Valley location looks the same as it did in the 80s , it’s a great place , we love it so much & are thankful it has not change :-)

You have to like Shakey's to overcome the price. Pizza always good. Somewhat the same for the Mojo potatoes. Chicken? Taste good. Others in party devour it. Me? A bit skimpy for the price.A lot to pay for those added potatoes too.

This has been the worst Shakeys I've ever been too. The atmosphere is good food is good, only the mojos are over fried. BUT THE STAFF! GIVE YOU ATTITUDE, VERY RUDE. DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK!!

I drove 30 MI with my family to go to Shakey's all you can eat buffet which closes at 2:00. We made it in time or so we thought. 2 minutes to 2:00 they said buffet was closed. She wasn't apologetic about it either and at 2:00 on the nose all the food for the buffet was coming off the line and straight into a trash can. What is their cutoff time for their all-you-can-eat buffet? If I had gotten there at 15 minutes before 2:00 could I still have purchased the buffet only to have them take all the food off the line at 2:00 before I can even go back for seconds? I'm a little confused about this because there's a similar place in yucaipa that has all you can eat buffet and you can purchase up until 2:00 and they do not remove the food from the line until 2:30. I'm never going to go to the buffet at Shakey's again and besides it's a lot cheaper just to straight out pay for pizza or whatever you want rather than to pay for the buffet. The pizza is usually acceptable but the ribs that have a lot of fat are good but the ones that don't are always dry. They don't seem to ever have enough people clearing the tables. They want you to use a new plate each time you get food but they can't because there's no room on the table for more plates so you have to use your own plate over again. They have too many people standing back behind the counter and not enough people working out on the floor. This last time there's actually five of us but there wasn't any tables for five people could sit because they're all reserved for parties. They only had four people tables which are very small already and a couple of tables for two. Actually I'm done with Shakey's for now and I will just drive to yucaipa because I don't have any of these problems there. I won't mention the name of the place because I don't think that would be appropriate but the first word in the name is pizza.

First time coming to this shakey and the cashier was patient and very helpful. The food was fresh and delicious and the server ask if we needed anything else which was very kind. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that’s hungry and want to have a good time

I really enjoy eating here the pizza 🤤 tastes so much better than any other places I had . The bunch a lunch buffet is when I like to go it's always fresh and they take custom orders and I noticed that they serve more variety at this Shakey's than any others , for example I seen BBQ short ribs served with macaroni and cheese plus fried mushrooms. Not all Shakey's bunch a lunch does that but this one does.

Everything is great about Shakey's the games are simple but fun The food was great and the atmospheres perfect for kids and adults alike. The only problem that is so minor I didn't have to mention it but I will, is the rice that they serve for the brunch of lunch I don't like it other than that, everything's great 😁
