Where to start smh... I walked in and the cashier was leaning against the counter on her phone... I said hello, how are you...? She said nothing. Another customer came up for something and she helped them looked at me and sat there. So I said I have a pickup... got my pizza and headed out. Opened it up and basically had a cheese pizza with 4-5 pieces of pepperoni. Can I get at least 2-3 pepperonis per slice ?

As you can see this review is at 1:50pm I called and asked if the Buffett was still available I was told yes until 2:00pm I arrived at 1:30pm and I was told no they are not serving it anymore. I had my 85 year old mother who has trouble walking come all the way in for nothing. I tried to push the issue but was told no again. The staff needs to be trained on proper information when someone calls and asks questions. Let's just say I was disappointed.

Food is good. Staff was very nice, atmosphere was bad on a Saturday afternoon no were to sit no tables available to many birthday party’s at once with reserved tables.

HORRIBLE pizza and WORSE customer service! #1, the girl with the glasses who took my order had absolutely no customer service etiquette. While I was still trying to order, she kept asking "anything else, anything else, anything else?" Why was I being rushed to begin with? Secondly, the order was wrong and was missing several ingredients. It is apparent they rushed the order rather than taking their time to ensure a good quality product was accomplished properly. The pizza tasted sweet and the cheese was practically falling off the actual pizza. Never again and believe all of the bad reviews.

I have been to many Shakey's lunch buffet BUT this one in Mo-Val is literally the BEST Shakey's ever. Even the atmosphere is great and how comforting it is to eat here. I totally recommend eating here.

A couple of things threw me off. It's been a while but I felt like the pizza tasted different, it used to have a very thin crust. The pizza was not bad but was not worth the price either. Chicken and Mojo's tasted the same A+. Never heard of a restaurant not taking orders for dine-in customers before they found a seat. Glady we found a table but saw some families leave because of no room (bad business), especially with the "Reserved" area full of empty seating.The last part would be the game area, which had quite a few games out of order. This would not be ideal for the Reserved party areas.

Shakey's Pizza parlor was pretty cool. I haven't been there since I was a little girl. The service was great and the atmosphere was awesome. My gentleman friend and I dined on Pizza and salad while we watched the basketball game and the baseball game. Other families came in and sat and talked while they dined and the energy was awesome. We weren't wowed by our Shrimp Pizza it lacked some flavor and we longed for spring greens in our salad however we enjoyed each other's company so we overlooked the these things.Other than that I enjoyed my visit ?
