Shrimp Factory

This will be my second visit to the shrimp factory, as I was captivated not only by the delicious food but also by my encounter with jey , who provided excellent recommendations on popular dishes. Her warm hospitality made me eager to return. I highly recommend this place for its outstanding service and fresh seafood. THANK YOU JEY<3

My favorite seafood joint here , prices are fair , food taste fresh , the beer is nice and cold , seats are comfy and they also have music playing to set the mood , I would recommend this place for shrimp lovers, I got two pounds of shrimp without head and peeled and it taste awesome with there inhouse spicy seasoning, I also got corns and boiled eggs . This place has a variety of seafood but this review won't do it justice I recommend you go an see for it self .

My boyfriend and I went today to satisfy our seafood craving, and it was delicious! The servers are all very nice and attentive, we ordered some buffalo wings but we didn’t like them, so we asked for a refund on those. They were understanding and cool with giving us the refund! Shrimp is bomb along with those lemon pepper fries!!

Usually I like this place but this time I was disappointed 2 employees were eating at the counter right next to the take out orders when I walked in, also I didn't recieve one of my sides. Good chance I won't be coming back here

Really good fried oysters, catfish and garlic fries. That's all I've had the 2 times I've been there. Only 4 stars because I couldn't substitute cajun fries for garlic fries even if I paid extra? So I had to get Garlic fries separately at full price and Cajun fries that came with the catfish that I didn't need. Weird!!

I genuinely love this place so much. The food is always amazing and that staff are so kind and attentive. Our server Jay is absolutely amazing. She was super kind and helpful, and was on top of everything we needed. Even when it was packed! I will 100% be coming back!

Came in and sat down at a booth. Waited 15 minutes. They were taking care of everybody else and apparently I was invisible not my type of place to go eat

Shrimp factory the best food in town and the severs and cooks are amazing ! Can’t wait to send my friends there .

Shrimp factory you forgot my shrimp in a door dash order, starving now! So Thanks for the plain potatoes, corn, and lemon/salt. Spectacular shift 3/14/25 8pm!

I have been coming to this location for years and have always enjoyed the food

This place was ok. Had the shrimp with corn potatoes and sausage. Had all 3 flavors for the sauce mild. The flavor was just not hittin for me. Compared to boiling crab or even the kickin crab, this place was just ok. I also had the lemon pepper wings. They were ok as well. A few of my wings had feathers on it 🥴 and the lemon pepper was strong. Don’t think I will be back.

Rip off and terrible customer service experience!!! I travel 45 mins to try out this place. When I finally got home to enjoy my food, half of my order was not in the bag. I called and spoke to Alex, the store manager, and was told that I couldn’t be refunded for the items that weren’t in my bag. I explained to him how far I travel and the inconvenience this has caused, but was told that there was nothing he could do. I will never visit this place again and advise everyone to check your order before leaving if you’re not dining in the restaurant.

Food is great, excellent service just upset I don't have another stomach to keep eating
