Don’t eat here prices are ridiculous $20 per pound for crawfish is ridiculous. I grew up in ms/la and never paid over $5-6per pound I refuse to pay that. $20 for shrimp is equally ridiculous u can go to the store and buy shrimp for $5.99 a pound and cook yourself and save almost $15 per pound. Had family over and did a seafood boil bought $200 worth of live crawfish got 30lbs. Nuff said Not worth it at all

I believe her name was jay she was very friendly very attentive making sure we were okay. Our food was brought out really quick and it was very delicious . I really recommend to everyone to come and check them out.

Came from OC & definitely did not disappoint! The seasoning sauce was perfect, so yummy! The garlic noodles and garlic fries were very delicious as well! Overall everything was excellent! Customer service was great thanks to Jay. She showed her authenticity to her customers and love/pride for her restaurant! Definitely will be coming back🩷

This is my go to restaurant when I crave seafood ! I always get the house medley sauce , very spicy on anything I order ! So delicious! I’m a spice fanatic so if they could kick it up another level on spice I would love it !

Shrimp Factory is truly exceptional! I’ve had the privilege of savoring their delectable shrimp, Cajun wings, and sausages, and I must say, it’s a culinary masterpiece, 100% perfection! I highly recommend indulging in their signature house melody sauce, medium style. The customer service is outstanding, attentive, and remarkably reasonable, fast, and fresh. And, as a bonus, they play a diverse array of music genres that will surely uplift your dining experience!
