While living coming to display for a month and a half and always have really good service really kind people the food I would say is very good but today I got greeted by the manager of the store which was extremely rude. Basically told me to get out that I can leave, which I’ve never talked like that in 46 years. I come from a Michelin star work history so I know number one with it is to be hospitable not only to the customer but anyone in my establishment. This all started over questioning why I was being charged three dollars for sauce on the side when there was no sauce on the Nuggets. He didn’t like me saying that I thought there was an unfair jester, and he told me that I can basically kick rocks then didn’t wanna charge me for my food gave me a hard time and then told me not to come back. Someone needs to remember number one treat your customers with respect. OK I don’t know who you think you are talking to people like that but it was very rude and disrespectful.

I’ve visited this place many times with friends and family for drinks and food, but today was by far the worst experience I’ve had. Both the cashier and the server were extremely unprofessional. Our order was incorrect, and when we brought it to the server’s attention, she responded with a dismissive “well, oh well.” That kind of attitude is completely unacceptable.
As for the cashier, if she’s going to treat customers with such a negative attitude, she shouldn’t be working at the front. Customer service requires patience and professionalism—neither of which was shown today.
This experience has left such a bad impression that it will definitely be my last visit here.

I’ve never been talked to in the way that I was spoken to when I called this place. I asked if they could put the guac that already comes with the burrito on side instead and they said it would be an extra 2.50 charge. I asked why they said it’s policy lol. First and last time customer.

I've been coming to this place going on like 5 years now and I never get tired of it. They are always evolving with new secret menu items and the tried and true classics. My favorite is the El Chapo, a fully loaded, bacon wrapped, asada burrito. Their beer selection cannot be beat as they always have new beers to satisfy everyone's ABV preference, I'm all about the high IPAs. The restaurant is always clean and the staff are all wonderful, highly recommend
This place is awesome, it's definitely my husband's favorite spot. They have a wide menu full of tasty Mexican fusion food and a revolving secret menu. They have a large lineup of craft beers on draft and cans to choose from and their happy hour is phenomenal. The restaurant is always clean and the staff are all very nice and helpful
