Absolutely the friendly Starbucks team members I have come across. It was a Friday morning around 9:30-10 am. I ordered 2 drinks and 2 cheese danish. The energy was very uplifting 😀 Everyone should have this type of experience. I don't get it any other Starbucks

I understand that Starbucks has to protect their bathrooms but this one went a little bit too far. Walked in looked at the menu trying to decide on where we're ordering and we're going to order from our app, but I needed to use the restroom and ask for the code and Nathan said are you going to be making a purchase and I said well of course I am and then he did NOT give me the code and continue to work with the lady at the register. If you want to go there go, I'll never stop in this store again!
I really liked this place before I met an old lady named Nancy. I really hated her racist attitude. I am Asian and she was always rude and condescending to me and my friends. My relatives and friends all had bad experiences with her. That made us not want to come back to this place. The times I went there without her, everything was perfect for me. Without her, I would give more than 5 stars. As for her, 1 star is too much, even too much for her. Treat everyone with respect, at least your customers.
