I love starbucks, but today my car ran low on oil and i had to pull in to the starcks parking lot to fill it. There is an uncontrolled fire in the area so there is fire smoke everywhere and its extremely hot outside. I had my 10 year old go in and ask starbucks for a cup of ice water for .50 centro abd they said no. They explsined that something needs to be purchased in order to provide a ice water. BAD DISCRETION🥵

I come here often, for the most part service is fast and my drinks are always good. Today the drink was not good, it tasted bitter and the milk made me want to gag. These drinks are too expensive fore me to suck it up and go. I asked the barista to switch out my drink please, and she made funny face at me and looked around. She said she would and I asked for a different drink. I get this drink all the time! It did not look the same or even taste the same. I have to get to work, I was too tired to argue. It's going in the trash.
