Great customer service! The ladies who worked here in Saturday June 28 were so much fun- pure girlhood! Great vibes and energy. Super nice. They have a drive-through, but I walked inside so I can use the restrooms. I got a drink, a bagel with cream cheese and a brownie. Easy parking .

Worst Starbucks ever

Always want to change my decade Carmel venti for just vanilla and syrup. I ask for decaf coffee. Most ppl are rude trying to get inside this Starbucks which causes traffic jams and nasty words,the staff feeds into it by laughing along with horseplay

If you're thinking about getting some work done here, don't bother. Looks like it was designed to be as uncomfortable at possible. Flat wood seating and no outlets. What a joke.

Absolutely horrid customer service. They closed the lobby an hour early while they had four staff members inside working although they were still taking online orders for in store pick up. They refused to give us our order unless I went through the drive through in a car but I was walking my dog with my wife so obviously I didn’t have my car with me at the time. Hence why I placed the order for an in-store pick up! The tattooed heavier set lady was beyond rude and had an absurd attitude. Having worked in customer service and at one point Starbucks it wouldn’t have been a difficult resolution but the team was just being lazy and didn’t want to be bothered.
