Stopped by to get my chai tea latte at 60 freeway & Day Street Moreno Valley Starbucks. Drink is easy to make but for some reason, it took 18 minutes to call my name. Well, looks like my drink was made but never called until when I asked.

Great Starbucks location lot of sitting space to do some work and school. They have the best employees working at this Starbucks and drive through is amazing. Clean tables and clean bathroom as well

I had the weirdest experience at this Starbucks. I checked online (both google and Starbucks website) to see that this place is opened 24h. I placed an order for pick up online and headed over. I arrived at the location at around 9:40 just to find all doors locked. I could clearly see that there were multiple baristas still working and also saw my items ready for pick up on the counter. Everyone inside pretended not to notice me. Luckily someone left the store so I could sneak in. I just grabbed my order, again nobody seemed to notice me or offer a tray. So I had to juggle the four items I ordered to the car. How is this supposed to work?! It really made me feel like an unwanted criminal, having to somehow sneak in to get what I paid for.

The girl at the register inside was extremely rude at 5:50pm 8/31/24. I asked her for 1 venti cup of ice with the purchase of my 2 coffees, and she said no I can do a tall, but not venti. I said okay can I get 2 then ? it’s for me and another person, I spent $20 on 2 drinks & I’ve never had a problem getting a venti cup of ice. She said nope. Then I asked for straws twice after being ignored. also, it took almost 5 minutes for a tall cup of ice, while it was completely empty inside. WORST service & WORST Starbucks in Moreno Valley. (I’m also a former starbucks employee & would never treat a customer that way)
