I was leaving school and it was 89 degrees outside so to get my dog off the hot pavement I brought him inside to cool down and decided to grab a drink while I was here. While waiting a lady came up to me and said animals were not aloud in here. I explained to her that it was hot and that we would be gone right after I get my drink and she told me to put him on the floor Also he is a working dog and is aloud into buildings with me and she told me that he had to be on the ground when he was on my lap doing his job.

I'm a frequent customer of Starbucks. Normally I have a great experience. For some reason, I did not have such a good experience this time.Once I arrived at the drive thru to place my order, nobody was taking my call. When I said hello couple of times, Vic (Victoria), responds in a very cold way and with yes?? Have you been trained this way to answer calls?There was something so wrong with this her attitude and she seemed unhappy to be working.She was rude when I asked her at the window to speak louder and more professionally with customers but she started arguing!!! You definitely need to fix your attitude!!I called her manager Mariah to let her know about this. She said that she heard the conversation and Vic is also a manger! And she didn't find anything go wrong and started blaming me and turning the table!!Shame on starbucks for keeping unprofessional staff like Mariah and Victoria.Not going back again to this branch .

I came in to this Panda express at 9:20p they stopped making Teriyaki chicken and honey walnut shrimp and this place closes at 10p on a Saturday,Disappointment.
