I'm a uber driver and I spend a good amount daily on coffee and tea at Starbucks. When I walked in today I asked for the bathroom code and she asked if I was making a purchase in order to use bathroom. In front of customers I had to say I would before she would give me code. Humiliating. If I didn't purchase your products...I wouldn't need your bathroom.

The lady just kicked me out the lobby for sitting down for a few minutes. I told her I was waiting for someone. She said I need to make a purchase to sit down in the lobby. Never heard of nothing like this I won’t be back to this Starbucks.

Quite a sad day today, I walk in after mile 10 of my run and ask for a water and the manager lady says no. Me sad. Maybe they thought I was homeless cus my shirt was dirty.

2 of 4 employees spent the entire time talking to another girl. No customer service at all. Also the girls were not friendly. We had to stand and listen to them talk instead of taking orders. Terrible location

Lots of tables, aka places to sit a work. The employees do the typical “hi welcome” with the same listless energy I’ve come to expect from companies that require their employees to greet customers without explaining why it’s important.
All that being said, when I have to be in the area for work, it’s a good place to stop and work before and after my meeting times.

I ordered the new Tropical Citrus Iced Energy with Strawberry Puree, one of the new energy drinks and mine didn't look like the photo on the app, plus I couldn't drink it because it was too stiff. The sweet n caring barista, Sam, saw I was having an issue and offered assistance. She explained this sometimes happens n it just needed more strawberry puree. Problem solved n savored. I mentioned the pink drink to her and she made me a sample. An entire grande!! I love both drinks now! She went above and beyond her duties to make me a happy customer!

Who doesn't like Starbucks right but prices, rocket science the minimum wage when up order 2 coffees 2 Danish cheese 2 spinach wrapped ? almost 30.00 ridiculous ?
