Not only did they get my order wrong, they never replaced my drink. I sat for a our 10 minutes waiting for my drink. I didn't even get a full refund because he gave me a refund for the drink I had order not the drink the barista charged me for! Disappointing !

Complete Technology

It is rare to come across such a helpful and pleasant person in the field of service. We got a hot chocolate at this Starbucks and they filled half of it with whip cream i prefer not to get any drinks from there.

Today I had the worst experience at this location I always come here it’s the closest to my home they are never friendly or welcoming but this time was the worst this employee with orange hair was so mean I ordered a coffee to pick up in drive through and when I arrived the drive through was empty so I pass all the was to the window and she was so rude about it like ok it was my mistake but why be rude a friendly reminder would of been nice i rather never go back to this location.

Get the usual drink and for some reason there is some baristas that just don’t make the drink how they should. They don’t care how you ordered it, they will make it their own way. If I’m paying for something I expect to get what I pay for not what the barista wants to give you.
