Today I had the worst experience at this location I always come here it’s the closest to my home they are never friendly or welcoming but this time was the worst this employee with orange hair was so mean I ordered a coffee to pick up in drive through and when I arrived the drive through was empty so I pass all the was to the window and she was so rude about it like ok it was my mistake but why be rude a friendly reminder would of been nice i rather never go back to this location.

Get the usual drink and for some reason there is some baristas that just don’t make the drink how they should. They don’t care how you ordered it, they will make it their own way. If I’m paying for something I expect to get what I pay for not what the barista wants to give you.

Horrible service. Turns customers away and makes them wait in a full drive thru. Without taking their order.Extremely rude staff 6/15/25 pm closing shift. Pay insane prices for coffee and this is how you get treated at starbucks.
Love this new addition to the neighborhood. Friendly staff. Super fast drive through experience. Nice to cool off and enjoy an iced cold beverage.

I came in at 7:32 pm and the girls were like rushing to leave I understand you gotta go but just make the drink right!!!! It’s not like we are paying 7eleven coffee, we come in for the Starbucks experience 😔 all the girls were like in a bad attitude zero welcoming zero smile nothing it’s sad 😓 very bad experience in this location

Came here for my vanilla latte drive through order. Drove off before tasting, latte tasted so burnt, drove back to replaced it. Yet, again burnt, cam right back inn. Said sorry your machine might be having some issues still taste Burt. She suggested I get a blonde latte, ok sure. Left as my break time wasted again still tasted burnt. So clean your machines!!!

Unfortunately, I came in this morning and ordered I tall Americans with half n half. Well, it was like drinking a cup of milk. I asked they they would just give me regular coffee. They wanted me to lay for it as well. Bad service at this starbucks. Charge alot and make terrible coffee. Bad combination.

As usual I got Carmel frap. It tastes like water crushed ice with coffee flavor. Returned it for a do over Round two was no better. Don't waste your money nor time and do not buy at this water down ripoff STARBUCKS....
