Very rude cashiers working here. They give major attitudes and don’t have good customer service. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Your are not even done ordering and they rush you . Today around 5:04 pm was the most rudest that it’s making me write this ,for example the guy at the window taking orders through the drive through rushes you and yelled like ok that’s all that’s all WTH I’m like hold on got to the window and I was like please add a lemon loaf and with his hands making movement saying that’s all right you not adding nothing else like in a bad attitude I’m like if he is such in a bad mood he should be taking a break or going home . I could have been rude but actually was over this people.

Terrible customer service, I live 3 min away, so It's very convenient to come here. However, I truly prefer going to a different location due to the woman in this particular facility always having a bad attitude.. I've gone maybe 3 times in 1 year, and it never fails always with the bad attitudes truly sad..

I will never go back to this location I placed my order on the mobile app we waited out side for about 5 minutes because the doors were locked only to be told that we needed to go thru the drive thru, if I would of know this I would of went to the one I normally go, don’t like the service and The girls have attitude.

Stopped by for a quick caffeinated pick-me-up and to redeem a gift card. The shop was clean, and the customer service was excellent! This Starbucks is relatively new and even has a convenient drive-thru. Located in the same shopping center as Sprouts, it made for a great overall experience!

They make seriously disgusting drinks here. I’ve decided I’m done with Starbucks since that can not make anything that tastes good. They just don’t care. Cup cake and espresso bar makes much better drinks.

I’ve given this place too many tries on my match drink I order a venti matcha with light ice and they serve me almost half a cup. They are so quick to respond why is not full their excuse is when you mix it it makes foam half a cup of foam what the hell am I paying for a venti ???????? Why isn’t it filled up to the top ? I was pissed because of my drink but now I’m pissed at the staff because every time I’m nice about it and they are so quick to respond that I’m wrong and they are right and so quick to refund me my money instead of asking me if I want another drink didn’t even ask just told me I’ll refund you your money all 5 employees where at the window looking not helping just trying not to laugh in my face . Who trained this staff…. So wrong. don’t need to gather all at the window for one customer either …..
Be careful pulling out of the parking lot. They squeezed this Starbucks into a spot that it doesn't really fit.

I live down the street from this location. The employees are nice and my drinks are usually right. There have been a couple of instances where they were not, but they fixed it. I'm updating my review because I believe they should put another couple of green dividers that are angled to keep cars from doing that awkward 3-point turn to get into the drive-thru. It's going to create future conflict for those who don't know how to come in the right way. Plus, it will make it easier for people exiting to get through. These rude customers are blocking the flow of traffic for the rest of the complex and people trying to get in and spend money at your neighboring businesses. Usually, this place is pretty immaculate, but outside the drive-thru window on the concrete, it is covered in sticky drinks. I watched a customer in front of me open their door and throw a whole drink on the ground. A possible suggestion would be to wash down the driveway on a set schedule so it looks and smells more appealing. The drinks taste great and everyone has been very friendly to me.
