Lobby was closed after 8pm. Store hours say 1030. Simply just wanted a giftcard. Had to get in the drive thru line that took about 20 mins. Not the first time this has happened at this location that the lobby is closed early.

I like how they do birthday drinks, come in and get it for free. I ordered a speciality drink but I got it, they forgot the inclusions. They were nice enough to add them in, when I told them they forgot as I picked my drink up.

Coffee was watery and they did not honor the refill system. I placed a mobile order and, after 9 minutes, it said that it was ready. I walked up and they had not even started on it yet, they just passed it through the system.

Placed a mobile order for pickup. I parked my car and went up to the door and the door was locked. With a sign saying drive thru only. Even though the lobby hours are until 1030pm and my order was at 3pm. This needs to stop especially when the drive thru line is super long because now us mobile orders have to wait in the drive thru when we mobile ordered to have our drink ready when we get there and not all sitting and watered down by the time we get to the window in the drive thru. Open up the lobby already for normal hours or update your hours online to 3pm.

The in store hours do not match the hours online They close the inside at 8 they said, but wouldn't let me in a few minutes before. Hours say dine in till 1030, even with them being closed inside you still have option to order for pickup in store. Whoever opened the door to tell me they were closed was rude and did not care.

Employees are usually nice... but definitely do not go here if you are in a rush. They are on the slower side, 25+ minutes for a drink. They need more workers to help them because I do see them working constantly, I feel a bit bad for them.
There was a man that helped me first and he was very rude to me I felt like I disrespected him by not knowing that the matcha ice tea was a matcha latte. When he corrected me rudely I apologized and said dang I didn’t know then he went on to keep talking rude and another lady got on and asked what did I want again after she repeated everything I said I and made me repeat everything I felt rushed and that my business wasn’t wanted all because I didn’t know the correct terms. Once they gave me attitude I knew for a fact my drink was going to be Made Poorly based off of them having an attitude. I’ve never had such a disgusting messed up drink in my entirety of coming to Starbucks I asked for a medium in a large cup just for the extra space of the cold foam and they didn’t even give me a small the drink was all foam and ice with a pinch of tea I was so pissed that I spent my money here I threw the drink out. This is unacceptable customer service never have I experienced such rudeness from an employee from Starbucks and never has my drink been so messed it had to been intentional. Ver disgusting behavior. Poor attitude
