I usually get my sandwiches here, the ladies behind the counter are usually nice, just this time I bite into my sandwich and there was a big hair inside my ham sticking out!!! Just to think if I bite into that piece I'd probably puke!! It was so gross! I got disappointed and had to throw it away!

Horrible customer service. They still owe me my money back! For 3 orders. I have no idea why they still have the supervisor that starts with “L”. She never gets back to you ! Managers can’t even manage at all.!!

I had tuna before and this is the worst tuna sandwich I’ve ever had, their tuna was so skimpy for a 12” there’s not enough tuna for even a six inch.

I did an online order yesterday afternoon. I ordered the sandwich so I could eat it later during my work since I work night shifts. When I opened the sandwich up I could NOT BELIEVE someone could even deliver a sandwich so horribly made! It was so burnt it was black, it had a big chunk of bread missing on the right side also. What a complete mess. The sandwich was inedible I had to throw it away. I tried calling to complain but they were closed last night . I tried calling today but the staff was not helpful they said they will not give me a refund nor give me a new sandwich. The two ladies whom I spoke to did not want to give me their names. And did not let me speak to a manager. They didn’t even want to give me the name of the General Manager ! I asked when she comes in to work and what day and they didn’t want to give me that information either. Wow what a completely bad experience. They mess up my order, I call to get this resolved they are rude and dry. And they are not willing to own up to the mistake they made and get this resolved. Worst customer service ever. Other companies take care of the customer better. Customer service does not compare nothing like at Chick-Fil-A. I need to speak to the owner or corporate who ever is reading and seeing this.
