Order sandwichs online and they were made wrong.I noticed after I got home called the store. They said that they would fix it .So I called back next day they had me wait over 1 hour for a call back. Then only got half a sandwich because I threw the other half in the trash.I paid for a certain style sandwich and didn't get it.They still didn't make it right the second time.I will be calling corporate.

Ordered a salad & a sandwich.. Once I saw salad thought wouldn't be enough so ask for another 6 inch.. When I asked her the other coworker looked at the lady that was serving me & laughed because I wanted to order another item.. I've been in management over 20yrs so I was able to catch the sarcasm.. When I got home noticed very little meat on my sandwich & salad which made me question why subway now has a metal container that they keep the meat & cheese in but also blocks the customers view when they are putting the low portions of meat on our sandwiches.. Rip off!! Think I'll take Jersey Mike's instead.. & u can keep ur customer service too in a building with no customers just like ur employees want ??

I ordered classic sub sandwich thru app. I chose 5 sauces. But when I received the order it didn’t looked like it has sauce in it. All I ate was bread. They did not add sufficient amount of veggies. It almost seemed like 60% bread and 40% vegetables. Bad experience so

The bread was no bueno. It was hard and crumbled. Not cause it was old but because the baking was not proper. I worked at subway long ago and the bread is key. Over proofed bread and overcooked takes away from the experience. On another note i had a to go order and they forgot mayo and mustard no oil or vinegar. Just bad overall food. Otherwise the girl had a good attitude.

Adilene and Jess are horrible employees.They are the worst employees i have ever had to deal with!I’ve never had this much trouble getting a simple sandwich.I PAID $30 FOR 1 SINGLE FOOTLONG.Where do I start? They overcharged me for a sandwich I didn’t want.Then charged me AGAIN for the correction.I was double charged for 1 footlong!Please give me my refund now!I don’t trust a couple low iq high schoolers to give me my money back. I’m calling whatever number I can find. This is crazy. I can’t believe what kind of trash service I received right now.

Why are they serving green tomatoes? Staff didn't seem to be happy to be there. Overpriced for what you get. Won't be going back. Submarina is way better, IMO.
Great place if you like sandwiches and they have a great variety of different toppings to choose from to customize your sandwich. I always get the tuna footlong along with the six cookies for $5. I don't have to worry about seeing Jared either. I'm just kidding
Parking: They have several parking spots there but there are also several different businesses all around so it'll make it a little complex trying to find a decent parking up front

Terrible place... the Ap says you have a great deal, go there, wait in the line forever, finally get your food, then the ap won't work because it glitchy, says there is already a discount code on your order.. there is no way to clear the code, so we left 2 foot longs on the counter and ate somewhere else. The ap is 100% WORTHLESS not sure how they stay in business. Ridiculous!

Update: turns out I was wrong. Their pepperjack just isn't as spicy as I am used to and I'd like to apologize to the girl I confronted about it at approximately 12:45pm. I hope her shift goes well. As far as the boy (I don't know their ages, I'm being conservative here), he did nothing wrong either. But why does your pepperjack taste so sweet and mild?! Recent sandwiches were prepared marvelously btw.
Vegetarian options: Why aren't veggie patties in the multi-packs?
