My wife and I visited this Subway today 12/14 around 10:50 a.m., and unfortunately it was a very uncomfortable experience. When we walked in and placed our order, including the type of bread we wanted, the employee helping us immediately gave us a very rude and dirty look.

As she grabbed the bread and began cutting it, she once again gave my wife another dirty look. Her attitude and body language were unprofessional and made my wife feel extremely uncomfortable. Because of this, my wife felt the need to walk out before we could even complete our order.

Customer service should be welcoming and respectful, especially in a place where customers are simply trying to order food. This experience was disappointing and completely unacceptable. We will not be returning.

On December 14th, 2025, at around 10:50 AM, I visited the Subway on Pigeon pass.Unfortunately, the employee working there displayed a very unpleasant attitude without any clear reason, she gave me the ugliest look like if she knew me, or if I had done something to her. This behavior made me and my husband feel quite uncomfortable, and we ended up leaving without completing our order because I obviously do not want somebody like that to make something that I’m going to eat. I hope the management can address this to ensure a more welcoming experience for future customers.

Restaurant was dirty and flies were everywhere. When I told both of the employees about the flies no one care to cover the vegetables to prevent the fly from getting into vegetables instead one reply it's summer. I cancel my order and walk out after seeing the fly on top of some of the vegetables.

Gross. Sandwhich was nasty bread was old and stale, lettuce was old, all I taste was old refrigerator taste, had to dig it out of my sandwhich. Eh would be eating here again

I have pretty severe allergies to something that they serve here at this restaurant but I decided that I wanted my meatball sandwich that I've been waiting for forever and I drove on down to the subway last Wednesday. I walked in there was no one inside except for the two workers there was a guy in the back and there was a girl who greeted me. I told her what I wanted and on a Wednesday when the meatball sandwiches are in special they had nothing prepared that was hot. So she said that they were going to warm up some meatballs for me I said okay and I'm waiting. Some random worker from stater Brothers decides to come in and in the middle of my order start asking questions to the only worker here and for some reason this subway worker just leaves me high and dry and continues to have the conversation with this girl about how she's unhappy working at stater Brothers and she only makes $16 an hour and if she could get her a job here as long as it was easy. The Subway employee calls both managers to see if they will talk to this girl which is so unprofessional I stood there for at least 10 minutes. Then when their conversation is done she goes to the back and gets the meatballs to warm up. The same ones I was waiting on for the last 10 minutes and that's when I lost my beans I asked her why did she say that they were warming up and I was waiting for 10 minutes thinking that that's what was going on plus her terrible customer service. And the thing that really set me off the most was she put on a fresh pair of gloves when she greeted me she got the bread she opened it up got the cheese on there continued to go grab the phone talk to this girl put her hands on the counter hang up the phone go back to the back again get the other manager's number and she had the nerve to put those dirty gloves back in my sandwich....

I placed a pick up order and it was not ready when I arrived, I didn’t complain and waited near the register for my order to be ready. As I was waiting I saw employee Zury handle a clients cash payment and then proceed to make the next sandwich keeping the same gloves on. She then took the next clients cash and I saw her change only 1 glove when I clearly saw her using both hands to handle register, she was about to prepare my sandwich when I asked her if she can please change the other glove as well. She started laughing and said girl you can get a refund if you want. I told her no I want my sandwich but with clean gloves and that I saw her with my own eyes not change gloves on the prior 2 orders. When she was done she just tossed my order on the counter not saying anything to me. She should not work in the food industry. I will never go to this location ever again. I rather drive further and avoid getting sick from a careless employee.
