Customer service was nonexistent and the wait time to order in person and receive an online order was very long. We will not return and take our business elsewhere.

Employees at this location gave my catering order to someone else! Over $100 in sandwiches I needed for a work event. They insisted I must have sent coworkers to pick it up, I did not. They said this person gave my name and said they had submitted an order, the cashier ran outside to catch them with no luck. CLEARLY they did not check this person’s id or ask for a confirmation number because that information is in my possession. They would not remake the sandwiches, would not issue me a refund, would not give me a phone number of a district manager to follow up. Poor customer service, poorly handled situation, and I am pursuing further action.

I ordered my food off the app and they didn't toast my sandwich I even made sure to make sure the toasted thing was on I'm very irritated when people order online please make sure their order is correct because some people don't have the transportation

the service here was horrible i asked for a roast beer sandwich and the lady gave me steak i told her u said roastbeef and she said she had to use it because it was already on the sandwich and she charged me for extra cheese when i never said more or asked for it and refused to mark it down worst time ever!!!!

The customer service was excellent yesterday on 4/24/2024 around 2:30PM. While communicating with the Indian Woman that took my order. She was helpful ;nice and welcoming. I also noticed that the restaurant is hiring for part-time. Where I would love to work part-time within Subway. To increase B2B purchases. And to possibly own one of the first Drive-Thru Subway. With the design for customers to walk-in and the option of Drive- Thru for the luxury of those customers who choose to Drive Thru to receive their Sandwich orders Can someone help with the online application. After applying within Harri; I provided my email address for recovery code. There seems to be a misdirection.
