We hired Chef Vija for our Mother's Day Retreat this year and the food was amazing!! Stuffed chicken breast, yams, mashed potatoes, cornbread, and more. Then the dessert topped it off. Everything was prepared in front of us while we all just gathered. The hospitality Vija showed us was phenomenal. I will definitely be inquiring the services again. Her communication and quickiness on getting back to me with catering prices and menu options was wonderful. She came with great energy and got straight to work in the kitchen, before we knew it the food was done and presented to us beautifully.
