I usually come here at night time and get food from the drive-through. I’ve been blessed by some gentlemen that work there at night by the names of Angel, Abraham I believe it’s Fernando or Jose. The food is always delicious. My order is always read right back to me correctly. From my point of view, the restaurant always looks clean. The drive-through area is always clean and free of debris.

I pulled up to the menu to place an order, but no one answered at the speaker. I called out three different times and still received no response. Assuming maybe the speaker was broken, I drove up to the window.
When I got there, the short-haired girl looked at me strangely. I asked if the speaker was broken, and she replied very rudely, “Um, no, you were just supposed to wait for me.” Then, when I asked if I could order, she said, “Yeah, wait one minute,” closed the window, walked over to the register, and started counting money. She never came back, so after waiting, I finally just drove off without getting anything.
The lack of basic courtesy and customer service was extremely disappointing. I won’t be returning to this location.

Went to grab lunch and a young boy was outside taking orders, and he was super polite, friendly, and made the process really quick and easy. The service was excellent, and my food came out hot and fast. One of the best customer experiences!

Oh my gosh when I tell you the customer service this Taco Bell had was horrendous! I was limited to 4 items per order…with an empty drive thru. I do not ever give bad reviews but this one needs to be documented. They need a new staffing manager to build up friendliness and serve the customers accordingly. The drive thru lady was despicable! Although I seen a little girl behind her who seemed as if she wanted to offer help but was unable too.so sad. No wonder it was empty. I will never take my business there again.
It takes a long time in deliveries that are online that are requested by the application take too long and are asking to dispatch faster to Trump's people than to those who have already been waiting who say at an hour and get 10 or 20 minutes more Very bad very bad service🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I’ve never had such a worse experience ever! This is with a manager? Her attitude was poor she through my money out the window when I asked if she was ok her answer was “are you” .? ….. I said women I’m not the 1 throwing change she said u we’re to far. She made me never wanna come here again when I asked for a recipe to call corporate she refused to give it to me. She has to get reviewed when I said fix ur attitude she laughed at me….. poor lady …..
