This location usually has pretty fresh food, like the hard shell tacos always taste fresh and crunchy. The reason I gave the service one star is because I went in with my kids to order food to take home and was promptly guided to use the kiosk to complete my transaction (keep in mind, the place was not busy at all, and there was more than 2 employees there). My issue with this is that I was not given the option, I have no issues with technology, but what if I did, or what if...

I was told to place the order on the kiosk so I did then I went to the counter to pay, no one was around, finally someone came barely can speak English pointed at the kiosk, I said I did, I need to pay. I just feel it's a waste of time, I was on my lunch break.
