Rosalind on the night shift on Nov 18th, 2025 is rude… the freeze machine was definitely giving out water down drinks and when I asked why is it like this she blamed me taking a long time to pay which was 30 seconds. Checking my bank card. She needs better customer service skills also I paid for a side of nacho cheese and it was half way filled up. Usually a good experience, but not tonight…

Was here waiting 20 minutes before closing and no one came on the drive thru speaker and when I drove up to the window no one would even address me. When someone finally did address me, it was precisely 4am. She claimed they’d been closed for 10-12 minutes and when I asked why no one answered for myself or the vehicle ahead of me.. her response was she didn’t have her mic on because they were out of beef.

I really enjoyed coming to this Taco Bell late at night. The staff that works there always gets my order right and it’s always delicious. The food is always wrapped correctly and I always get the right amount of sauce. There’s a lot of great crew members that work there one of them, his name is Diego. The staff is always happy at night and always with a positive attitude.

Once again, this particular Taco Bell screws up my order. This isn't the first time & at this rate won't be the last!! I order chips with 2 nachos cheese. I either get chips or the cheese. Never both at the same time!! Always have to call. Always have to go back. Taco Bell needs to start handing out gas money at this point!!¡ I do mobile or I TRY TO DO MOBILE pick up, so unsure about the atmosphere. TACO BELL - I HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH YOUR APP, IF YOU FEEL LIKE CONTACTING ME??

It's always great to walk into a place where the dining room will be closing in less than 10 minutes, and no one else is there. The food was fresh, but since they went to ordering kiosks, there's less interaction with the staff. However, it was still the best time to go.
I arrived at the restaurant at 7:10 PM on February 22, 2025, and expressed a concern regarding the food. I spoke with the manager, Maria, and requested a refund for the $50 I spent on my meal. She informed me that a refund was not possible. I then asked for the contact number for Human Resources, but she stated that she was not permitted to provide that information. I felt that my concerns were not addressed appropriately, and I still wish to obtain the Human Resources number, as I did not feel valued as a customer.

I don’t come to this exact Taco Bell all the time. But I did today. And I ordered 3 5-Layer burritos. They felt and look flat and not rounded like they normally are. And they forgot sour cream on all 3 of the burritos. UPDATE, I’ve been getting the DLT more often. It’s really good. Most of the time especially at this location. (I tell them I want everything on it EXCEPT LETTUCE. It comes with meat, cheese, sour cream, tomatoes and lettuce). literally EVERYTIME I order this, they just give meat and cheese. It really annoying. I make it more a habit to check my tacos before I leave the drive thru.
