Once again, this particular Taco Bell screws up my order. This isn't the first time & at this rate won't be the last!! I order chips with 2 nachos cheese. I either get chips or the cheese. Never both at the same time!! Always have to call. Always have to go back. Taco Bell needs to start handing out gas money at this point!!¡ I do mobile or I TRY TO DO MOBILE pick up, so unsure about the atmosphere. It's always great to walk into a place where the dining room will be closing in less than 10 minutes, and no one else is there. The food was fresh, but since they went to ordering kiosks, there's less interaction with the staff. However, it was still the best time to go.
I arrived at the restaurant at 7:10 PM on February 22, 2025, and expressed a concern regarding the food. I spoke with the manager, Maria, and requested a refund for the $50 I spent on my meal. She informed me that a refund was not possible. I then asked for the contact number for Human Resources, but she stated that she was not permitted to provide that information. I felt that my concerns were not addressed appropriately, and I still wish to obtain the Human Resources number, as I did not feel valued as a customer.

I don’t come to this exact Taco Bell all the time. But I did today. And I ordered 3 5-Layer burritos. They felt and look flat and not rounded like they normally are. And they forgot sour cream on all 3 of the burritos. UPDATE, I’ve been getting the DLT more often. It’s really good. Most of the time especially at this location. (I tell them I want everything on it EXCEPT LETTUCE. It comes with meat, cheese, sour cream, tomatoes and lettuce). literally EVERYTIME I order this, they just give meat and cheese. It really annoying. I make it more a habit to check my tacos before I leave the drive thru.

You guys seriously got lazy and bad customer service. A young thick Hispanic girl in her early 20s gave me her attitude she said she couldn't help me with the freaking kiosk that they weren't supposed to, but I told her something nothing threatening but I should of. Taco Bell needs to check their employees. All she was doing was talking to a guy employee. Seriously, yall lazy to me. I'll complain to the company next time I see this lazy no good for nothing girl change your attitude. The food was good but not the people that work there.

everything was terrible ordered online & in drive thru asked for my online order he Said it was in the bag I left & Shouts too me Saying he forgot too give me my nacho fries there was no nacho cheese the fries were Stiff food was terrible

We had to buy something to use a restroom for two, yet we ordered something only got one bathroom opened. Other party had to wait outside. Another "customer" didn't buy any food yet was given permission to use employees bathroom. First I had to pay to use a bathroom and then someone else gets in the employee bathroom for free...

This Taco Bell was just perfect. Order was correct and the food was hot. There was a car ahead of me that broke the unwritten drive thru rules and ordered for at least 10 people, so the wait was longer then usual. The nice drive thru lady apologized, told me about the order before me, and gave me free Nachos. Great customer service.
