Don't go here! Empty restaurant when we came in, placed order immediately. People came in after us. Many of them received their food before ours. I finally found a worker and told her they're almost through eating, and they came in after us and all I ordered was one taco. Avoid this place. They don't know what they're doing

Asked for the name of a horrible Drive-thru staff, her name is Beatrice. She didn’t answer to my “hello is anyone there” several times and when I asked why no one answered at the window she rolled her eyes and said she was talking to another customer. Shouldn’t work in retail or customer service with such attitude

The service, food & atmosphere at this Taco Bell were horrible.
There were 5 staff working & making food. There were one person ordering inside in front of me, at about 4cars in the drive thru. It took them 22min from the time I ordered until the time I got my food, I only ordered 3 tacos, 2 burritos & I quesadilla.
The food I received was cool, not hot, and it had other food thrown inside (pieces of lettuce in the burrito, beans in the quesadilla).
The dining area was cold & dirty. There was old crusted food on 2 tables and dirty napkins on the floor.
Also, a woman with her kids walked in behind me and informed the Manager that the employees had forgotten to put an item in the bag that she ordered. The Manager "rolled her eyes," said "ugh, whatever I know I put it in there." The woman got angry and told the Manager that she was going to complain to Corporate. The Manager proceeded to mock and make jokes at the woman and her kids after they left the restaurant. Unprofessional.

Sat there for over 15 minutes waiting for food in the dining room while watching them pass order after order through the drive through for cars that I was watching arrive several minutes after me. When I asked about my order I got a rude response from a girl rolling her eyes saying "they're working on it" while I am watching the guy in the back push yet another drive through order. Will not be back!

Taco Bell is always got to for me with the cost of food being so high Taco Bell the only place you can a whole meal that going to feel you up for 7 dollars
The manager has a very bad attitude, she didn't change her gloves when she exchanged the phone and after the food she put a box of cheese on the line where the food is wrapped, I imagine, and that's when I took the box out of the refrigerator and knocked on doors and it didn't come out either. I change the gloves to the bag of cheese to refill the line with the same dirty gloves

Heya! It’s me again. I’m here with my quick reviews! Anyways, I got the Luxe Combo, was pretty good. The Baja-Blast is overrated..But, enough about me. The service is great, all quick and easy. Made a few jokes here and there with the drive through employees? anyways, what would ya get?
