Pathetic services
Doesn’t give the order on time they were saying that they are preparing the meals in order but the guys who came after me they got the food and I got after three orders and on top of it shitty attitude of the staff will never come again here

I love taco bell mote than words can say. Compared to other T.bells, this place is mids. Long wait times and they forgot my drink. They were out of Baja Blast and Cinnabon Delights. Like, what is the purpose of a T.bell without Baja Blast AND Cinnabon Delights? What do they expect me to eat? tacos?

If you're going to have someone stand outside to take drive thru orders have them stand by the menu! It's COMMON SENSE! That's what Jack In The Box does. Those tiny menus are so hard to read for people with bad vision and they don't even have everything on them! You have to sit there and have them guess what you're trying to order cuz they apparently can't stand by the actual menu it's RIDICULOUS! Also it's a safety issue where they're standing because if there's multiple cars in line it starts to block traffic trying to go by. Makes me not want to come here!

45 min just to get my food. This is ridiculous. Dinning room not clean. Had to take it upon myself to wipe table off. Won’t be stopping here again. Rude personal. I hope I get a reply form management.

Don’t usually rate fast food places but I love coming here if Tom is here. He has the most amazing vibe , the line goes by quick and easy, he’s very polite and efficient I wish there were people like him working in every restaurant out there it creates a 5 star experience for the customers. The food is real good when he’s there too, maybe because everybody is working efficiently with him.

The manager with the mask on was very rude it was a new person in the drive threw she was not helping him instead treated him like he was dumb I don’t condone to bullying of any sort she did not give me a receipt and was mad because I was missing my drink and told me calm down she don’t even no what she doing how can she train any one I feel sorry for the person she training horrible trainer

If I could give zero stars, I would. I do Uber Eats deliveries and every time I come to this Taco Bell, the customer service is non-existent. I stand right at the counter under the “Order Pick-Up” sign, and nobody acknowledges me. No “do you have an order?” nothing. The employees are all in the back, completely ignoring customers and drivers alike. I often wait far longer than I should for the food to be ready, and no one updates me or checks in. It feels like I’m just abandoned there until they finally hand me the order. This has happened repeatedly, not just once. If management sees this, please train your staff to communicate and acknowledge people who are waiting.

We ordered through the drive thru and the cashier Angelique V was very rude. She had no patience and rushing us to order. To top it off she got our order wrong. So disappointed.

I went today to get my supreme wrap in chicken but they messed up my order and gave me beef but blamed me for it and made me feel like I am a thief who wants to save 2$ to get chicken one , I really should of asked for refund and return the wrap, very bad experience

Hate the Kiosks. Thank Heavens for a helpful employee. The Kiosk would not let me delete onions from my burrito supreme. I understand the increase in prices, but the burrito itself was at least 20% smaller!
