I went today to get my supreme wrap in chicken but they messed up my order and gave me beef but blamed me for it and made me feel like I am a thief who wants to save 2$ to get chicken one , I really should of asked for refund and return the wrap, very bad experience

Hate the Kiosks. Thank Heavens for a helpful employee. The Kiosk would not let me delete onions from my burrito supreme. I understand the increase in prices, but the burrito itself was at least 20% smaller!

Ordered food they app. Was told I couldn’t pick up my order. Had to come inside. The app said I wanted to pick up thru drive thru. Has to wait an additional 15 mins just for food that was already prepared and could have was been handed thru the drive thru like it was supposed to be. Food wasn’t made properly. Was thrown together and the burrito had the filling falling out of both sides. Was a complete mess. Lady at drive thru was rude. As well as the person who handed it to me at counter. 0 Out of 10 for service and food!

Order a kiosk at 9:05 p.m. in the store. I barely received the menu I ordered at 9:45 p.m. and ate the cold one. It tastes good, but I ate it because I was hungry, but it's a pity that it's all cooled down. And they also recognized that there was a problem because the service time was too slow ! late hours I received the food in 40 minutes, so I'm surprised and write a review.

Three customers had to wait for two of their staff to finish their break before they made our food. We waited 22 minutes for our food. The other side continue making food for drive-through only. This is wrong and unacceptable. I complained to the manager, but she didn’t seem like it was an issue. Maybe somebody should talk to them about this and the people doing the drive-through can also help out with the counter when people are on breaks, that is common sense.
