Well, they were MIA.Despite these hiccups, I’m willing to give Taco Bell another shot. After all, everyone has their off days. Here’s hoping my next visit includes those extra napkins and perfectly separated condiments. ??So, Taco Bell, consider this a friendly nudge: Keep the Mexican Pizzas coming, but pay attention to the little things. Definitely Do Not Recommend this LocationCustomer service is terrible, employees do not acknowledge you at all!. We order nachos, and my daughter was half way through her food when she noticed something black on her food and I took food to the counter to let an employee know she said it's probably from the chips. There is no way it came from the chips, it's obvious she didn't even know what it was. She asked, Do you want me to remake the nachos for you? Seriously, not even an apology and say I will re-make it right away.

The service is bad. They don't speak to you at all. I got my tacos, and they walked away - took a while to get sauce and my cup for my drink - I was being totally ignored. I saw that happen to others who were coming in as well. These employees need customer service training. ?

I pulled up at 3:55 am and there was another car in the drive thru. I spoke and tried to order and no one responded I tried this for about another 3 minutes as I saw the car in front of me get handed their food. They ignored me. And didn’t respond at all even after the multiple hellos and excuse me. I had no choice but to drive off since they refused to help me even though they were still very much open. I’m extremely disappointed and I don’t understand why they would help the car in front but not me.

Ordered and paid for coffee. Then told "we don't got no coffee". Refund still has not been applied to my debit card account. The toasted breakfast thing I ordered tasted stale. Threw it away.
