Worst tacos very thin tortilla by the time you bring the tacos to the table they all a mess you have to use a fork the tortilla is all wet with the salsa can't eat the taco as you normally eat one tacos on the taqueros on the corner are better never will come back expensive for the quality

Cool spot but the asada lacked flavor. I’ll be back though, I’m a truck driver so my options are limited. I got my fix and that’s what counts.

Unfortunately, this location just doesn’t match the quality or service of other 2 Potrillos spots. Every time I’ve visited, especially when Naomi is working, the customer service is disappointing. She consistently has a bad attitude, makes the food like she’s upset, and gets visibly annoyed when you ask for anything extra. On my most recent visit, she was putting barely any meat on the tacos, and when I asked for the normal amount—even offering to pay extra—she refused and rolled her eyes. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.

I love the lengua tacos but today I ordered a torta and oh boy no beans and no cheese. I ask for it and they charge me $1.50 for cheese and $1.50 for beans that shouldn’t be extra..

Went in on July 4th to this restaurant in evening.It used be my #1 taco place.A few old food prep persons used to recognized me because I tip them in person and I also tip the cashier too.Anyway,that day I went in,I told older man who helped me,”I want one cabeza burrito,3-fish tacos,4-pastor tacos,and 4-cabeza tacos.The man put in one box with all tacos. And he put the meat into each taco shell little meat of each.I saw the other helper gave to other customers more meat into the shells more than mine.When I went to cashier and I asked about it,and she said,”more meat we charged more” I knew that other customers didn’t ask for extra meat and didn’t pay for extra because I understood Spanish little bit.Then I told her,ok give me more meat and she told one of the helper put more meat in for me and she charged me more like over $12 extra.I even tipped the cashier like 18%.Walking out of the restaurant,I checked the bag,of course he forgot my burrito that already charged for it.Omg.. I wouldn’t not go back there no more.

Food is good not like it used to but its ok, the service in the other hand is the worse i ever seen the cashiers take for ever thats why they have long lines and mess your order, they forget to
place all your food and get mad when you ask for more salsa,

Listen, the tacos here were amazing… carne asada 9/10…🌮carnitas 9/10 🌮 and the Al Pastor 9.5/ 10 🌮🌮🌮no joke… unbelievable taste..they have a trompo! Would recommend.. out of three taquerias I tried in the area..this one tops them

Their beef birria is one of the best in town. Very flavorful and well-prepared. Most birria I've tried in other places it's either too dry or lacks that spark of flavor or both. Theirs is spot on!

Food used to be 5 stars. Now it's a 3 sometimes 2 stars. Flavor 5 stars. Quality?? Meat quality 2 stars, meat quality has gone down TREMENDOUSLY. The cuts of meat have been terrible lately, so much cartalidge in every bite. Cannot enjoy the burrito without being grossed out with cartalidge in almost every bite. Constantly have to spit out the pieces of cartalidge, and pick apart the burrito, it's s almost inedible. The meat is like half cartalidge, it's gross. The last 4 or 5 times I ordered a burrito, it was half cartalidge. It's no longer a good quality place to eat 😕 disappointing.
