I have been a customer for a very long time, and have experienced a noticeable decline in their service. The line of customers has always been long, but that is expected for the taste of their food. However, recently I have noticed things like the portions being much smaller than they previously were. They cut back on how much meat they give you with your order, and how many sides/ toppings they provide you with. Today I visited the location and got a very small amount of meat in my menudo. To top it off , when I asked for l small containers for toppings from the salsa bar, they told me that they only gave containers for certain foods , and refused to provide me with any for my order. My dad ordered a burrito and they only provided him with 3 small containers and refused to give extras when he asked for them. The salsa they provide you with that is already pre packed is also very little , as if they are being stingy with their materials and ingredients. We also asked them to refill one of the salsa bar containers, and they took forever to do so, while also leaving the salsa bar in unclean conditions. I don’t understand why a restaurant with so many customers has to be so stingy with the food and toppings they serve, as well as the materials they provide to paying customers.

Food is good here especially in Moreno Valley where there is not to many good Mexican spots, however the customer service here is very poor. You have grown adults with grumpy faces that just look at you like if you are dumb just because you don't speak Spanish. They expect you to speak Spanish. It would be a good place but unfortunately the service to customers needs to improve. Atmosphere is ok the people who dine in make it exceptional and the restrooms are decent.

Ordered a burrito de asada, fish taco, lengua taco and 2 tacos de asada. Agua Fresca is a must. A variety of flavors. I poured the green salsa for my taste. Very delicious food. I will be coming back soon.

Food is authentic Mexican food. Love all the natural drinks. One that my wife likes is Coconut Walnut. They had one called Punkin Orchata, Yummy!!. Believe me is worth what you pay for. There is plenty of parking lot. They have a lot of variety of meat. Lengua is one of them. They employee are very friendly. Definitly will come again. Also they do tortillas by hand.

They lost a daily customer, I used to come here almost every day but not after 2 incidents on 2 different occasions like this.1) One of the workers was sweeping where my daughter and I were eating, she literally swept on the booth we were sitting at WHILE WE WERE STILL EATING. Extremely rude!! I felt the need to get up and leave!2) The second incident, My burrito tasted like soap! I went to return it and they all looked at me like I was crazy and one of the cooks literally made a sign with his hand to "fu©k off" this other cook came in and did my burrito again and they found out the rice was the one that had a soap tasting to it I really appreciate the second cook for making me feel like I was not crazy and redoing my food! They need to tell these workers to stop being so rude and basically have more workers like the second guy! I literally paid over 60 dollars to get a soapy taste burrito I don't think so!
