Food was pretty good i give it a 8, service ok. Ordered chicken/fry combo and 20 wings and they would only give 3 small ranch free of charge for that alone I won't come back.

On 10/29/2025 I ordered a 6pc Buffalo wing combo. I waited 30 minutes for my food I didn’t mind. I finally got my food I went to take a bite and there was a piece of metal sticking out from the chicken. My boyfriend asked for a refund they said they couldn’t give us one because “ they didn’t have any metal in their kitchen.” Where else would the metal have came from? They let us keep the food and offered us free shakes. I appreciate they tried to do something but all I wanted was a refund because I was grossed out and didn’t feel safe to eat the wings anymore. Good thing I didn’t eat it or I would’ve ended up in the hospital. I just wish they would’ve taken accountability for it. Hopefully it doesn’t happen to anyone else or they’ll be in big trouble.

Had dinner here took 30 minutes to seat my family and place was empty when asked why we couldn’t seat us if there was a lot of tables available they said tables were reserved. Didn’t see anyone walk in for reserved tables.Still charged 54 dollars tip and when asked for someone to charge us was ignored and said they didn’t have a pen to fill out receipt. Hostess /cashier snatched the receipt from hands .The staff was rude and not attentive to what we asked for .Would rate the service a zero . Do better and be respectful!

When I paid, I gave the cashier $30.25 and my bill was $27.20. I was expecting $3.05 back but the cashier gave me $2 and change. Then we receive our food. Buffalo fries with the Chipotle sauce not Buffalo sauce as they asked the sauce type. Unaware the Buffalo is mixed with Chipotle sauce. Not what was asked for and not told that it is mixed. I ordered 5 boneless wings with pineapple Jalepeno sauce on it. As the sign has a flame next to it I was expecting some sort of spiciness to it. It was entirely sweet no spice to it. The cashier also didn't ask how many ranches we wanted when we paid or say that they were extra charge until we received our food and said it is an additional charge. Had I known that I would have asked for them when we paid. Disapointed with the service and the food.

Everytime we place an order in advance so it's ready for pick up, not only do they always mark our order as ready but it's never ready and they still take atleast another 15 minutes. Not to mention they never have our orders correct.
