Everytime we place an order in advance so it's ready for pick up, not only do they always mark our order as ready but it's never ready and they still take atleast another 15 minutes. Not to mention they never have our orders correct.

I ordered online and when I arrived to pick up my food I was told that they ran out of mango habanero. Why not inform me or call me saying that and it would of saved me a trip.I was going to cancel my order but decided to go with pineapple and it was just disappointing. They just squeezed pineapple sauce on top of chicken and didn't even do a good job at that. Almost every other time I go there the food is good and other times it's just bad.
Not coming back to this location.

I purchased boneless wings at the a Moreno Valley location and was overcharged. They were supposed to be sixty cents each because it was. Tuesday, but I was charged more than twice as much. I told the cashier but he told me he couldn't make any adjustments after the sale because his manager wouldn't let him. What kind of customer service is that? Who treats their customers that way?

One of the the doors was locked which made me think at first they were not open , most places say please use other door . Then the young girl at the counter couldn't figure out how to replace the french fries with onion rings in my combo, she asked a second girl from the back who also did not know how to do it. They told me I would have to order a separate order of onion rings. When my order came the french fries were way overcooked, which is why I didn't want fries in the first place and only the front half of the wings were sauced. I gave it three stars because they were at least cooked all the way through and the little I could taste of the sauce seemed like it might have been tasty. Very disappointing visit overall.

Food is very delicious but the service completely sucks! The cashier had attitude, it was barely 9:13 pm and we were ordering and requested a shake she said “I’m not making shakes anymore” Scoff.. and rudely was aggressively cleaning next to us, making us feel unwelcome.. great food but horrible customer service.
