Sarah (the Training General Manager) is a rockstar. She has taken such ownership of excellence over this location.
Her and the baristas all have great customer service. The service is quick, the menu items are clear, delicious, and there are options for everyone (we got the chorizo breakfast burrito & classic lemon loaf).
Bali blue moon is a classic CBTL coffee, brewed fresh and tasted great. We also got a dirty chai with a splash of whole milk which was delicious as well.
Overall our experience was great, with the perfect coffee shop ambiance that you don’t typically get at a chain coffee shop. 👏

Used to be my favorite location before they gave me issues about customizing my FREE DRINK that I got from rewards. The girl who helped was also lowkey rude about it and told me to pull up to the window to PAY FOR MY CUSTOMIZATIONS on my MOBILE ORDER for my FREE SILVER TIER REWARD drink.

And to top it all off, the espresso they put into my latte was burnt. I get having a bad day but ruining someone’s drink because you couldn’t charge them for their free drink is crazy. I’m considering not visiting this location as much.

Since boycotting Starbucks I needed a new place for my iced matcha latte fix. Their matcha with Uber cold foam is better than the lavender cold foam at that otherl place. There is less staff so if you come at a busier time I suggest ordering on the app and not going through the drive-thru unless you have plenty of time to spare .

First a had to wait about 5 minutes to order and there was nobody in line. Then I waited another 10-15 minutes for my drink and they got it wrong. Instead of making new drink the lady just scraped the foam off the top and called it a day. Now it foam and whatever all around my cup. Thanks ✊🏾

Excellent turkey and pesto recommended by Shelby at the window kill the game double toasted cut in half cheese danish double toasted amazing cut in half. Love this location. Excellent service excellent drinks excellent food five star stars all the way Shelby is great. Job 👌
