I have been a Loyal customer for 3yrs.Ordering a Lg.Dark Hot Chocolate w/Whip Cream.Sometimes,it doesn't taste chocolaty enough.So,they used to remake it.Now they want to charge me extra for it to actually taste chocolaty.If u get a steak and it's not cooked right,do u expect to pay extra for them 2 cook it properly?The Barista was also smug,condescending and patronizing.I will only order water from now on.Hopefully they won't charge me 4 extra ice if it's hot outside.Made 2 feel my repeat business is unwelcome.There's a saying in business,"Give them the pickle".These guys do not understand hoew to run a business or respect their customers in the least.Expect 2 pay extra if your food isn't up 2 standards.

Wonderful staff! Been meeting colleagues in the Mo Valley area a few times recently and this is a convenient location for all, luckily the team here is always amazing! Friendly and welcoming with very fast service!! Highly recommend ??

The attitudes at the location are terrible and need to change. Management needs to screen their people better here and as far as the food goes its OK but the employees make the experience bad. The night shift especially is down right terrible, coffee bean do a better job.
