Been consistently coming here for about 2 years as I’ve always loved the coffee (specifically the ice blends) but recently they’ve been decreasing in quality and taste. The ice blends are coming out more like a a straight liquid-y type and not as thick as it used to be. Sometimes they’re just chunks of ice not broken down making it impossible to drink through a straw. I never had this problem previously but over the past 2-3 months the quality seems to just have gotten worse....

Been consistently coming here for about 2 years as I’ve always loved the coffee (specifically the ice blends) but recently they’ve been decreasing in quality and taste. The ice blends are coming out more like a a straight liquid-y type and not as thick as it used to be. Sometimes they’re just chunks of ice not broken down making it impossible to drink through a straw. I never had this problem previously but over the past 2-3 months the quality seems to just have gotten worse....
