Let me just wait in line then decided to tell us they're closed..Bad service people like this shouldn't work if they get mad when they have to do their job...Maybe next time be better on communicating instead of being rude and waiting out the time to just tell us to leave. So disappointed!

Just had an incident where someone took our drinks and the lady was very very nice and apologetic. It also happens that someone took our food items as well. She was very sorry and remade everything, and it all turned out amazing. I rave about this places French toast sandwich all the time. I unfortunately didn’t get her name but she was a very wonderful person. My coffee and food came out amazing as always. Thank you!!

The MV / Sunnymead location is a clean and a spacious spot. The majority of times the service is friendlyI think the wait time can improve. Waiting 15 minutes for 2nd drink after the first was ready fairly pronto and seeing 3 customer after you get their drinks /food is frustrating.In our last 3 visits they the pastries have not tasted good.Breakfast sandwiches and Chicken Pesto always taste good.

One of my favorite spots to study at! I've been coming here for months and order the same thing every time- the caprese sandwich and the mango sunrise. The music isn't too loud and it doesn't get TOO busy depending on the time you get there. There's a high school a few blocks away from the plaza, so it gets flooded with noise and kids at around 3-3:30, but it calms back down at around 4:15. The sandwich is your average warm-to-order sandwich, but when it's drenched in three packets of tapatio, it tastes like the best sandwich I've ever had in my life! It doesn't look pretty, but I've never felt the need to try any other sandwich. The mango sunrise drink is so beautiful and delicious! It's sweet and sour at the same time, and great for those with sweet tooths!! You can also ask to reduce the sweetness and it tastes just as good. Extra points because the color is pink/purple! The staff has always been extremely friendly and accommodating. Definitely a hidden gem in the area!
I will just say the Moreno Beach location has it down, the sunnymead location all, but the older barista I apologize for not remembering her name need a lesson in customer service and listening skills.
