Uggh. This store has Pepsi products. Yuck. Did all Habits switch to Pepsi? I'll be going less. I like a frosty diet coke with my chicken sandwich!

The woman taking my order was ok, not very friendly. I was very clear I did not want tomatoes on my sandwich. When I received my order, it had tomatoes. I told her, she took back just to have the cook remove the slices, wipe it and gave me back the sandwich with an attitude. I normally don't complain about things like that, but tomatoes affect my stomach

This place has to be understaffed…right…I mean…the drive thru wait is nuts!!! I pulled into the drive thru with three cars in front of me. No big deal I thought…I thought!

The service is terrible, the manager of this town bothers him about having to take the order, he reproaches me for not using the kiosk, he gave me the order wrong and he still started to argue that that's how I ordered it and that hamburger came back instead of throwing it away They served it to another customer in the drive-thru, after taking my order home I checked my order and it was still wrong

12 of us walked in, and there were seats available. We placed 2 separate orders, and everything was fresh and really good. The bathroom was clean and stocked.

Dietary restrictions: I'm gluten-free, so I ordered a burger as a lettuce wrap.

I can't believe they actually served this garbage. Burnt fries and smashed burger?! Bleh!! Regular and sweet potatoes fries all charred to a crisp. We did NOT ask for burnt/well done fries, apparently this is 'regular.' Soggy burger .. way at the bottom of the bag.. gross. No wonder the reviews for this location are low. Definitely NOT meeting Habit standards like the other locations. Too bad bc they just opened. Do better Habit.
