Miguel, your staff did a great job at my event on September 7. Excellent service. My guests loved the tacos. The quesadillas and chiles toreados they prepared per my request, delicious!! Only one small detail, horchata was a bit watered down.
I will definitely book my next event with you, The Taco Machine!!

I would not get this guy at all. He flaked out on a job for my company and if I had not called him to confirm the day of the event he was coming he would not have showed up or had the decency to let me know he was not going to be able to do the event. All he gave me were excuses why he could not do the event. He kept saying he was giving me a bargain which was true but totally unprofessional to not let me know he was coming. Again I had to call him to find out the news. So in the end I was scrambling how I was going to feed 20 people who did not bring lunches and were waiting for tacos. It is really sad when someone cancels on you at the last minute (by the way I do not believe you about the deaths in your family) but when the person who cancels on you is your own race? Again, please do not get this guy! Definitely not a true Latino. And you are a liar. The price was imposed by you, not me. Tell the truth! Do what you do best. Cater to the people who could care less about you. Oh and adamant is spelled adamant.

Made a last min booking for an event. Make sure to ask for limes and drinks once the catering truck arrives , ran around all night through out the party ,that until I got some food for myself I realized the limes were Missing. Along with the two 5 gallon drinks were not there. I was offered to get 25$ dollars back I didn’t take it as I had trusted what was agreed upon. I would not choose this place again just my opinion.

Miguel and his crew member were AMAZING!!! I was busy running around and all I could here is "damn these are some bomb tacos"!!!!! He catered my daughters Sweet 16 on 7/29/23 and he definitely did a great job at my party!!! I would ?% have him cater for me again!!!!! Book this guy as early as possible!! Amazing ??

Miguel and his team are the absolute best, the setup is aesthetically pleasing, they are kind and professional and pack on the meat. They will fulfill any of your requests, and lastly him and his team were able to come out and host our event las minute after, “taco man catering” left us hanging one day before. Thank you Miguel for everything!!

They packed up and left and made the whole experience easy and fun. If you are deciding between who to choose, PICK THEM.
