Tijuana's Tacos

First time trying the carne asada, birra, and al pastor tacos...the Bomb! All the salsa also 10 out of 10. Love the hot beans. I will be coming back and recommend.

I haven't ever had a Burrito where the Tortilla was so greasy I just had bean and cheese I was so disappointed been here a few times .I try to support the Hispanic community for me the list is dwindling down ..Beans are good and Free the best thing on the menu ..Not going back my opinion only 😌 Disappointed why salty for no reason ..You Got It I will not be back I got the message loud and clear ..Im not going Back trash it went not gonna have my Cholesterol High .

visited on10/20/25 food was good but service was lousy lady bhind cash reguster seemed like she was about to close not a very welcoming atmosphere wamted to order more but would not dare to bother her
if shes not happy she should stay home

The place is highly unhygienic. The cook uses his hands to touch all the ingredients. When I walked in, he was using his phone and without washing his hands or wearing gloves, he proceeds to go behind the counter & startt making food. He used his hands to touch the cheese, onions and cilantro (mind you, they were all in their own big containers) Just cross contaminating all the ingredients. Doing this puts everyone’s health at risk! Do not eat here!

Was next door at Domino’s getting pizza for my family, when I smelled the familiar smell of a really good taco shop. Ordered a quesabirria, and immediately regretted buying pizza. It was small, clean, and homey from my first impression. The cook, and cashier were incredibly nice! Let me know that every order comes with free frijoles, and they’re so good! Will have to stop by here more often, food was great, and fresh. Good size portions for the price. Free salsa bar as well. Very clean, and they have a fridge full of Mexican sodas, and have agua frescas on tap.

I ordered food hoping to enjoy the full Tijuana experience, but what I received felt more like false advertising. Every item I ordered was supposed to come with guacamole—but when I got home, I noticed that none of them did.

By the time we realized it, it was already past midnight and the place was closed. I went back the next day to see if anything could be done, but I was told there was nothing they could do because the food had already been eaten and there was “nothing wrong” with it.

To me, this isn’t just about guacamole—it’s about service. If you can’t deliver what you advertise, then why advertise it at all? As a paying customer, I expected better. What I got instead was disappointing and dismissive.

I wish I could give this place a half star. I went in on Saturday night close to closing time and ordered 2 burritos and 1 taco which on the menu it states they all have guacamole. I get home and as we're eating we noticed none of the items we ordered had guacamole. It was already late and I couldn't call anymore so I called the next day and let them know. The lady in a bothered tone said so what do you want to do about it. I told her well I'm not sure how you guys usually handle something like this. She said we can either give you your money back or remake you the same order but make sure to bring receipt I said okay. I get to the restaurant and let her know I spoke to someone and what the lady told me over the phone I handed her yhe receipt then she said that unfortunately she won't be able to give me the money back or even make the food over for us at that point I said why would you tell me that over the phone then? I told her she would have to honor what she said over the phone she said no and no managers were available according to her then the cook gets in to the conversation after I said I would put a review he asked me what was wrong with the food in a bad tone and well for one what I ordered wasn't fully correct and 2 now they aren't wanting to fix it. And still nothing we ended up leaving. It wasn't bad so we were planning on returning to this place but after this incident we won't be going anymore and we definitely won't be recommending this place to anyone. Customer service was horrible.
