The old lady doesn't know how to make a lettuce wrap burger. It's the only Wendy's that didn't add lettuce on the bottom, she didn't add the onion or the mustard and gave me a mayonnaise packet instead of mayo on the actual burger. Get it right!

Crystals customer service is great! She gave me her opinion on the new bacon mushroom burger, so i decided to give it a try! It was nasty lol but Crystal‘s customer service over shadowed that and I’m big on customer service so thank you! However, my 6 piece nuggets were fire!!!

Before we were going to order food my cousin had the sudden urge to throw up. She had to do so at the nearest trash can. The manger started telling us very rudely that we were going to clean it up. We wouldn’t have minded but her tone was very rude. My cousin did not make a mess as it wasn’t that much and she made it in the trash can. The manger Alma locked us in and had my sister take the trash out. In her mind we weren’t leaving until we took the trash where my cousin had thrown up in. Luckily another employee saw and unlocked the door for us. Alma is lucky it didn’t escalate because how dare you lock us inside a store.

Greedy prices are ridiculous he $8 for a value u menu biggie bag meal ? What the point of it being a value menu no wonder Wendy’s are struggling they have 5 guys prices with cafeteria food.
Taxing on the biggie bags ... charging 10 dollars for a budget meal is crazy...

I ordered a baconnator on a pretzel bun but I didn't know it didn't come with lettuce and ? so I went back in and told them that and asked if I could pay to get some the manager smiled at me wrapped it up and said "have a nice day" I appreciated that plus they cooked my meat well well done ? as I asked wit no questions or looks ( because I can't eat raw or medium rare which is still raw food ) so they got my vote !!!!!
