Got a hot, fresh pretzel there Saturday on National Pretzel Day and hot and fresh it's the best I've had in my life! I would wait any amount of time for a fresh one after this over one that's been out.
Horrible service, I wish I could take my tip back!
The hours say that they are open until 10:00 p.m., but I'm here at 8:30 p.m. on a Saturday night and they are already closed.

Great customer service, representive to all Wetzel Pretzel's out there, and a very delicious place to get pretzels.
I literally just saw a fly on the raw dog bite tray before baking them, I told the lady prepping them and she looked at the cashier. Not sure what they said and the lady continued to prep them she just spooked the fly away. I always get my family treats here. No more after this.
