Food was hot, but chili was sour. Drive thru employee was kind of rude, rolled her eyes, when she made a mistake. Very bad lightning in Drive thru and scary.

The prices are wienerschnitzel are absolutely outrages. Especially at this location because the few times I've done where the food tastes old and stale. Since my last visit the portions in chili cheese fries have shrunk $5 for a small plastic container. This container was just as big as a kids meal box of nuggets from McDonald's. Price gouging the hell out of the community.

I can’t believe my first experience at this location involved a police report and staff at the window attempting to fight me over asking her name and her managers name as the immediate interaction while ordering with her was rediclous. If ordering through a telecom next to a freeway isn’t hard enough I would imagine. I’m not sure why they left such a young poorly trained and combative person running the place. That place is definitely at risk for serious reports against it. I work with highschool students that would hold the fort down better than what I had to experience. I wouldn’t doubt if people get sick from eating here. Whatever you do, please don’t waste your time. Just go across the street to jack n the box. You won’t have to worry about the staff attempting to fight you ?

Sammy can get really disrespectful and needs to learn how to talk to customers.

I mostly go for the tastee freeze. Food is always yummy. Ice is always on point and the staff is always so nice. They never disappoint with the dipped cones like other locations have.

I'm not a big mac n cheese fan, but I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the chili cheese Mac n cheese was. I asked if they could add some chopped weiners to it, and they did. That added more flavor to it. It was very good

Three items cost over 15 bucks and only one of the three items (the drink) was correct, and they refuse to correct order

Sam and Bianca provided me with exceptional service when I entered the restaurant. I was immediately greeted by a charming smile and received a warm welcome into premises-clean fast food establishment. The level of professionalism and efficiency in which this business operates is truly remarkable
