They take a long time to deliver the orders, you should check that, it took them 58 minutes to give me the order ?and today the store flooded, one of the bathrooms was covered and the entire store was full of water!!!!

I ordered through DoorDash and the chicken is heavily UNDERCOOKED and the fries are literally BURNT. this is unacceptable I will never order here again and as soon as some one answers the DAMN phone I’m gonna let them have it!!

They offered help to 5 people that got there after me before they even helped me. I wasn’t even acknowledged until 10 min after I got there. To top it off, the girl who handed me my order was rude as hell and my order wasn’t ready until over 20 min past the promised time.

Idk why I always come back to this location. It’s always something EVERYTIME I order from here! Today the fries was hard as a rock! I even had them give me “fresh” ones & those were ALSO HARD AF! Soda machine always got something wrong with it, leaking water or out of certain drinks…& they’re are the ONLY location I know that uses a robot to take orders over the phone that just shows they can’t handle pressure & simply don’t have it together! That’s why I encourage ppl to just go to the one on Moreno Beach, that’s the best one in Moreno Valley imo! They food be fresh over there 90% of the time!

They will 100% get your order wrong! Avoid ordering from the app or any delivery service, you’ll be paying extra for food to be wrong and poor tasting. The food is never fresh. The fries are always soggy/cold. There’s hardly any seasoning on any of the items. Poor excuse for a wingstop. I drive further to a different location every time!

Never going back again. I ordered online. Once I got there I waited 35 minutes to find out they have no chicken. On top of that they could not give me my refund due to the district manager was not there because she went to get some chicken from the store. I left out unknowingly that I was going to get a refund. Worker there said that District manager will issue the refund eventually. Never will I ever order from there again!
Took 15 minutes for someone to come to the register, another hour to get food. Absolutely ridiculous for some wings.

Horrible service, takes forever and even if you order ahead for over an hour they tell you that they’re waiting on fries or sides if you ordered any, and they don’t give them to you. People walking out because the workers seem like they don’t want to be there. If possible I would give them a zero on service. Just go to a different Wingstop.
