I mean the food is the same as others but the place is a mess. The soda machine is mad filthy. The lid dispenser looks like a filthy toilet and the table I’m sitting at is basically about to collapse. No bueno.

The chicken was very small. Also, I usually pay in cash. Today, I went and found out it is now a cashless establishment. I always call in my orders and no one on the phone ever mention it is now a cashless establishment and it was not alerted prior to the change.

Picked up my online order and in store I needed to buy extra ranch so I did. Girl at the counter with tattoos everywhere and piercings on her face was acting like she didn’t see me for like 30 seconds then rang me up. When she brought the extra ranch instead of handing it to me like a normal person she put it on her side of the counter then walked away. I had to reach over the counter to get my extra ranch. Food was good but service was absolute trash. Don’t even know why or how that girl with tattoos and piercings all over her face has a job here. If she doesn’t want to help people in customer service she should work at a warehouse or something

Honestly I no longer like wingstop only because of the service all the employees are young unresponsible kids that don't care about customers. Everytime I've ordered online it seems like they just put in my order when I show up to pick it up then I'm always missing something from my order. They take forever to get me my food I'm extremely disappointed with wingstop if your in the moreno valley area & want better wings with better service go to Riverside wings & things its worth the drive better then wingstop 4 sure
