Food and service are top notch, very authentic place, wife tried the chicken gyro and was the best she's had. I tried the manly #15 Plate believe It's the Lebanese plate, lot's of food and well worth it, you won't be disappointed.

We went to this place to check out their Mediterranean food...the strip mall it is located in leaves little to desire and the outside appearance isn't very inviting however we still went inside to check it out.. so glad we did!!! The service was very good; the restaurant is clean and inviting (unlike the outside) and the food was delicious!!! We will definitely be going back there again soon!

I ordered an item from the menu but was charged a different amount than listed. The answer to my complaint was that they raised the prices but haven't received the new menu with the updated prices. Like that was my problem . They refused to honor the listed price. Oh well, never again.

I've been coming quite often to WTFalafel but usually in the afternoon or lunch. My friends and I have always enjoyed the food and very friendly service during the day. The food is fresh, well seasoned. The family that owns and works the place are friendly, fast and efficient. Based on my experience during the day, I would have given WTFalafel a 5 star review. Unfortunately, our experience tonight was less than stellar. I brought my wife and Mom for a relaxing Friday night dinner. We ordered 2 iced teas and my mom ordered a coke. Before our server left, I interceded and asked her to bring a Diet Coke instead. She replied that they only had Diet Pepsi to which I replied back that that was fine. She came back with 2 iced tea and 1 diet pepsi. A few minutes later, she brought a glass bottled coke, popped the cap and put it down on her table fairly loudly, almost slamming and ran off. Although the place was less than half full, she seemed to be busy with to go orders. We ordered grape leaves and falafels, mixed shawarma and the chicken kebab. Leila suggested I order a side of rice since the shawarma platge does not come with the rice to which I agreed. Some observations during our dinner: 1. Service was a bit slow. We were in the restaurant for nearly 2 hours 2. No silverware was provided before we got our food. We had to wait to get her attention to ask for silverware to eat with 3. Our food was less flavorful and warm but on the verge of being cold compared to previous times I've been there. Seem to be sitting for a while before it was brought to us. 4. Server was in so much of a hurry, she was slamming plates onto the table. 5. She never brought us the side of rice she herself suggested we order but charged us for it. We had to ask for an itemized check so we could see what we were charged for. She just brought us the POS that was prompting us for a card and a tip. I am painstakingly providing detail because I enjoy WTFalafel and have recommended it to many friends. I know they can do better. I understand that none of my complaints were done to me intentionally, perhaps it can be used as a learning experience for the establishment or a guide for customers to visit earlier in the day for better food and better service.

Food is great here but it would be nice if there was extra help on Sunday's during the lunch rush. It's our usual time we make it out here. Our server was working her butt off but we still had to wait a bit at every turn of our visit. Great service otherwise.

I like the pita sandwiches!! I've gone like 5-6 times in a months time... the last time I asked for hummus instead of garlic sauce.. it was a phone order. When I got home.. sandwiches were completely dry.... Disappointed for sure

We ordered two wraps weeks ago. One of them was the #4 Beef Kabab for myself but when I was about to eat it, I realized it was the #2 Chicken Shawarma. We decided not to call to complain. We though to give them another try last evening, I ordered again the #4 Beef Kabab wrap and my husband the #36 Sweet Italian Sausage wrap for dinner. See attached current menu. Mine order was fine, his was spicy. This time I decided to call, the same person Layla that took the order answered. I told her what happened. She said that happened because the cook has the sweet Italian sausage next to the spicy Italian sausage. She said to drive back to get a refund. When I said it was getting late she said the next day the owner can issue the refund. I stopped by at their place this afternoon in order to let the owner know they keep messing up with our orders and why not get the refund as well. I only found a manager who said she is not allowed to give refunds that she was not there last night and to come back tomorrow. She was no apologetic about their inconsistencies. And as a matter of fact she said in their menu the #36 Sweet Italian Sausage and #37 Spicy Italian Sausage are typos when they printed out their menus and that there is only one kind of sausage and it is not spicy?! When I asked her to let me taste a small piece she said that was not possible because the sausages were in the freezer. Regardless, I believe my husband. He ate it and he commented it was spicy! See attached receipt, it does not even show the wrap #36 on it, it shows "#25 Veggie Sausage Sweet", in the menu #25 are WTfries?! Go figure, the sausage was not sweet anyway! You don't know what you are going to get at this place when you order from their menu. Not a reliable business!

Great food! Very friendly staff and great service too. The place has cozy booths, tables and a dining counter, big screen TVs with ethnic channel. A very nice place.

Service was great, food was delicious. Vegan menu was impressive. I especially enjoyed the eggplant dish. I would highly recommend this place for vegan middle eastern food lovers.

The food is good , the first time I went , not sure if they thought we weren't going to pay because were creole or if that's how they ran their business they made my sister and I pay before we ate. Which agin we thought that was just the way they did business we then went a second time bringing my mother along. And to find out NO , they didn't make us pay before we paid after we ate. Guess we weren't looking as black that day lol . I just shook my head and have not been back , although my sister eats there still not sure if I will. I rather go to Georgie's in Canyon crest really good food by the way thank me later
