Yogurtland in Moreno Valley never disappoints! The frozen yogurt is always fresh, creamy, and delicious, with a great variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. Whether you’re in the mood for something fruity, chocolatey, or classic vanilla, they have something for everyone.

What really made my experience stand out was the exceptional service. The store was spotless, the toppings were well-stocked, and everything was well-organized. Their board is also up to date with the month! A huge shoutout to the manager, Zoey, who was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They made sure everything was running smoothly and went above and beyond to make sure customers were happy. You can tell they truly care about their team and the customers.

If you’re looking for a great frozen yogurt spot with amazing service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I love frozen yogurt and I've been going to yogurtland almost my whole life but when I say I only for for the yogurt that is all I go for. The girls that work there are so rude. They are constantly on their phones in front of customers and they literally fought about who had to take my order. These girls need to be fired because the other workers were never this unprofessional.

First time I have ever been there and I took my kids and family thinking it would be amazing
None of us finished our yogurt toppings were dry and stale, and Old even the gummy bears were gross
And for the price we paid just to take a couple bites and throw everything away. We should’ve went to Baskin Robbins instead across the street.
But now I understand why the cashier couldn’t even crack a smile because she knew that she was serving terrible yogurt

The service at this place is going on a decline. From helpful associates to people who you can clearly see that they're only there for a paycheck. Today at around 6:40PM we came for a frozen yogurt, however, my wife needed to use the restroom before she could select her items, when we asked for a key, the employee attending the register mentioned that if the restroom was locked was because it was busy. My wife waited over 10 minutes before she asked me to ask if they could check because she really needed to use the restroom, and after making my inquiry, the same employee, who 10 minutes earlier told me one thing, now informed me that "her co-worker" just informed her that as of last night the restroom key was missing, possibly that someone might left it inside the restroom but that they will call their manager to see if they can send someone to open the restroom TOMORROW!I replied to her by telling that it would of been more beneficial to inform that in the first place instead of making my wife wait unnecessarily. All she replied was with an "I'm sorry about that". At that hour, there was no signage of the restroom being down, and there was a few family with kids at the establishment, this makes me think of the possibility of a child needing a restroom and being made to wait unnecessarily by a uncaring and unbothered employee who was only interested in business.This is very disappointing, as long as a manager doesn't address and properly trains their employees on crucial customer service skills such as communication I will not only avoid consuming at this place, but I will also encourage ALL my friends and family and my clients to avoid this place. Very, very disappointed with this place!!

The owner and the two employees really bad attitude with the customers. Very dirty place and the restroom need more maintenance . They didn’t have toilet paper.

Very clean and calm environment, great toppings and I loved the customary service the two young ladies working there, Rocsar and Zaawi were very helpful and nice with all the customers. 10/10 recomend!

Place seems to always run out of everything , machines seem to be out of service every time we arrive. They always want to close before closing time and don’t respect their hours of operation . Save yourself the hassle and go to Nubi on day street . Way better flavors and atmosphere.
