Yummy but the worker was kinda weird about letting my to Littles have a sample cup uhhh we're purchasing 3
First and last time coming to this location. Guy working 9/1 around 2:30pm wasn’t great with customer service. Weighed and paid. As it was being weighed, one strawberry fell off so he handed me a napkin so I could throw it away. I asked him if I could grab one more strawberry since the other fell. He responded, “yes.” So I said thank you. Once payment cleared, I went to grab one and he says in front of everyone, “you can’t do that, you already paid.” So I reminded him that he just now said that I could grab one. Then he said “that’s not my fault.” Like, what? So embarrassing and weird of him.
Get home to have my yogurt and the cheesecake pieces I got (which was pretty much half the cup) were so mushy and tasted old. such a waste of $21. I’ll never come to this location again.
I want to compliment Zoey for her outstanding customer service at Yogurtland. She is always kind, professional, and welcoming, which makes each visit enjoyable. Employees like Zoey truly make a positive difference and deserve recognition.
One of the staff members was not friendly, and after reading past reviews, it’s clear that poor customer service is a recurring issue at this location. Unfortunately, my experience tonight only confirmed that.
I rarely leave reviews, but this was bad enough that I feel compelled to share my first and last visit to store #217. I cannot recommend this location to anyone, and I have already left a voicemail with the main customer service line regarding my experience.
Alex, who was working during my visit, was dismissive and rude, which made the entire experience even worse. This staff needs urgent customer service training to address and break the ongoing cycle of poor service.
Do not come here unless you want to be discriminated . Had a horrible experience about 3 weeks ago with my children thanks to one specific employee Imran who refused to change my autistic daughters yogurt due to a weird texture the yogurt had in . I showed him the yogurt as my concern mind you we bought 3 and two out of the 3 looked odd and all I asked was to exchange HERS she couldn't tolerate the change in texture that was clearly there but instead of the employee helping he was extremely rude and talked to me as if he hated his job he had horrible customer service there was definitely something wrong with the yogurt we are frequent customers and my autistic daughter only gets that flavor PLAIN nothing else so WE know something was off and the way the employee handled this situation was the worse he refused to let me get a different flavor or even speak to a manager after he was rude he even told me to take care of my kid/and or buy a new one and leave! His name was Imran . I never received an update after speaking to corporate I even called the location the following day and they said no manager was available but I feel that wasn't true either so I'm here now to warn other parents specially if they have a child on the spectrum to stay away specially if this worker Imran is there never have I had to speak to corporate or felt so humiliated and discriminated in my whole life do better Yogurtland!
( inserted picture of my sons the black is oreo residue but the rest is hos the whole yogurt looked I didn't take a picture of my daughter's since the employee took it from my hands and threw it away during the confrontation )
Very creamy and good flavors.
Okaaaay, Yogurtland! I see you!
Yogurtland offers a selection of rotating and limited edition soft serve flavors. My year-round favorite often has Strawberry or Mango and Rocket Pop.
Today, I got the Matcha Strawberry with Spicy Strawberry Watermelon Sorbet and a bit of their Lychee Jelly. OMG, so so good!
The service is decent and ambiance is always brightly lit. It’s a fun place to bring the kids, as they often enjoy the yogurt machine and toppings but be careful as the weight can totally bring the total pretty high.
It’s easy to find: just south of the 60 on Frederick in Moreno Valley (look for BJ’s). Parking can be a bit tight as it sits in the pocket between Five Guys and Starbucks, so be careful.
Overall, I’m really happy with this new flavor. That’s an all - you’re welcome!
I've been coming here for years. But after today i would probably not go as much because
I realized the machines are made to rip us off.
I know this because at first
It was gonna cost me $7.12 then I guess their machine was down So I could not use my app to pay for it, as I always have, so I had to put it aside, go to my car, get my debit card. When I returned(1-minute), they had to re-weigh it on the machine next to it and this time it came out $7.95, i mentioned that it was a lot less 1st weighed it ( 2 mins ago), So they removed the lids, and it came out to $7.74😡
I think we are being scammed. I know it's a matter of cents but it's still wrong, because all of that ripping off of people adds up.
A very clean and peaceful location! A true secret hideaway!
Clean store all machines working lots of topping to choose from friendly staff.

Horrible customer service
The workers are rude EVERYTIME I go in there with my kids.
Yogurtland in Moreno Valley never disappoints! The frozen yogurt is always fresh, creamy, and delicious, with a great variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. Whether you’re in the mood for something fruity, chocolatey, or classic vanilla, they have something for everyone.
What really made my experience stand out was the exceptional service. The store was spotless, the toppings were well-stocked, and everything was well-organized. Their board is also up to date with the month! A huge shoutout to the manager, Zoey, who was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They made sure everything was running smoothly and went above and beyond to make sure customers were happy. You can tell they truly care about their team and the customers.
If you’re looking for a great frozen yogurt spot with amazing service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
I love frozen yogurt and I've been going to yogurtland almost my whole life but when I say I only for for the yogurt that is all I go for. The girls that work there are so rude. They are constantly on their phones in front of customers and they literally fought about who had to take my order. These girls need to be fired because the other workers were never this unprofessional.

First time I have ever been there and I took my kids and family thinking it would be amazing
None of us finished our yogurt toppings were dry and stale, and Old even the gummy bears were gross
And for the price we paid just to take a couple bites and throw everything away. We should’ve went to Baskin Robbins instead across the street.
But now I understand why the cashier couldn’t even crack a smile because she knew that she was serving terrible yogurt
