Hidden gem in Morgan Hill. My family and I have been here over 5 times by now. This is always our last stop when wine tasting in the area because we know what to expect and it's always good. Tastings are always free (you read that right) and consist of about 6 wines. They are very red heavy but make a variety of it. Wines are always high quality, bold, mostly fruit forward. Wines are expensive to purchase though at about $100+ a bottle, but membership is free and cuts it to half price

It's family owned. Very nice owners and staff. Basically all seat yourself outdoor seating aside from the bar area which is like an open garage with maybe 1 long table. There is only 1 restroom so plan ahead. They provide water bottles. They don't have food, but allow outside food.

Keep in mind that as of now they are only open 1 full weekend (3rd weekend) each month

If you want to go to a winery that has the old school field of 1970s, Napa Valley where you can still get a free tasting and taste the most exceptional wines in California. This is the place the Ventor does micro fermentation and pays attention to the most Finest details in production. Small vintage lots are used. With no more than 1500 cases a year produced. Any wine you taste there will be exceptional. I highly recommend this place when they are open only one weekend a month.

EmmaLily has everything we could want in a winery. The winemaker is present and engaged with all who visit. He and his wife are warm, fun and gracious hosts. Their reds are equal or better than what you can find in Napa, without the snooty feel or ridiculous tasting fees.Pack a picnic and enjoy your visit, because you will want to stay awhile. This winery has all the feels - beautiful and serene setting, great hosts and wines you will love.Open the 3rd weekend of every month.

I have been coming here for years and the new winery is beautiful! Every single pour is excellent so it’s hard to choose a favorite. The owners, Steve and Laura, are fun, friendly and informative. Kid friendly because there is lots of area to explore - vineyards, windmill, little green barn and animals - goats, horses, pony and two pot bellied pigs.

Napa quality wines in South Silicon Valley!?! If you love big Napa cabs, and cab blends, plan a visit to scenic backroads of Morgan Hill. Beautiful new winery and lovely grounds. Plenty of room to spread out for a socially distanced afternoon. Open third full weekends of the month but in these times of COVID, you may want to check first with the winery to see if reservations are needed.

Big fan of this place. Very friendly family with a country setting serving high quality wines. Too bad it is only open two days a month but that is probably what makes it so special! Bravo!
