Simmering Pho is by far the best restaurant I have ever visited and I have lived and visited several states and European cities! The welcome is like no other! Best pho brother ever.
The BEST Pho in Morgan Hill for sure!! The server is always so friendly and hustles to every table to take their order, bring out the food, and ring them up. The vegetarian pho is delicious, I personally think the veggie broth tastes better than the chicken broth plus you get tons of veggies (cabbage, carrots, broccoli, tofu, green onion, plus the platter of bean sprouts, jalapeño, and mint!
