“Simmering Pho is by far the best restaurant I have ever visited and I have lived and visited several states and European cities! The welcome is like no other! I am treated like family, whether my spouse is with me or not! (The chicken and vegetarian broth is the most favorable clean soup)!The owners are kind, attentive, and are always joyful in seeing me! The attention to detail in the manner in which they plan and prepare my favorite dishes is 5 star! The consistency is always present- no variation! I love this Vietnamese food so much that I’m preparing to fly from Dallas Love-field to Morgan Hill, CA, just to enjoy this exquisite- in taste and presentation created by the chef’s love for quality ingredients and clean processes! “I was craving good Pho today. There are a few Pho spots in Gilroy, but I think this place has the best broth. The goi cuon was good, but seemed to be missing mint, cilantro, and bean sprouts. I like these additional flavors and always add to mine when I make them at home. That's how I learned to make them. I ordered a large bowl hoping there would be more volume in ingredients, not just a bigger bowl of broth. For the size of the bowl, quantity of noodles and meats seemed a little lacking. They do have the best soup broth out of all the Gilroy Pho spots though. I will continue to come here every so often when I'm craving a good Pho broth. The restaurant was clean and the staff were polite. I will try a drive plate next.

After I checked out I noticed on my receipt that I was charged an extra $1.22 on my bill. It's probably to cover their credit card fee, but that is something you should tell your customers, not just sneak it on the bill at the end. I could have paid cash ! I tipped in cash.
