Hidden gem in Morgan Hill. My family and I have been here over 5 times by now. This is always our last stop when wine tasting in the area because we know what to expect and it's always good. Tastings are always free (you read that right) and consist of about 6 wines. They are very red heavy but make a variety of it. Wines are always high quality, bold, mostly fruit forward. Wines are expensive to purchase though at about $100+ a bottle, but membership is free and cuts it...
If you want to go to a winery that has the old school field of 1970s, Napa Valley where you can still get a free tasting and taste the most exceptional wines in California. This is the place the Ventor does micro fermentation and pays attention to the most Finest details in production. Small vintage lots are used. With no more than 1500 cases a year produced. Any wine you taste there will be exceptional. I highly recommend this place when they are open only one weekend a month.
