Dough and Batter bakes its crust to perfection. I often eat the soft breads you find at Asian bakeries, but I was amazed when I was introduced to D&B's artisanal bread. I'm a huge fan of the onion masala bread.Occasionally, my friend and I would make the 30-minute drive to Morgan Hill to pick it up. She likes to order the brioche cheese loaf when it's available. I have bought a handful of times and always super happy with the product. My favorite products are the Spanish bread, sourdough bread, the chocolate chip cookies and death by chocolate cookies. Looking forward to trying their purple yam bread or it's Taro bread.
