If I could give my experience a zero I would. I received wings that appear to have been recooked from days ago. They was so dry all the way to the bone they were inedible. Then I couldn't get my money back because it is a virtual brand.

Great staff!! Even the guy answering the phone is a sweetheart. He puts a smile on your face very pleasant to deal with and he calls you LOVE... so sweet the little act of kindness can just make anything more pleasant .. keep it up chilli's with hiring nice people.....Ooh and the wings and fries are great and price is perfect!!!

Back in November 2020 I wrote a review stating how dirty and unsanitary this place is and said I wouldn't be going back. Well I did go back, thought I'd give it another chance, after all I know someone at Chili's read the review because they offered an apology and a free something. I thought maybe they cleaned it up. April 15, this year (2021) I sat in the lounge (bar) area. After ordering my meal I started looking around: same grungy looking floor corners and under the booths, old crumbs and dust in the creases of the booth seat tops and creases between the seat and seat back. I used the restroom and saw that it was still looking in the same dirty state as last year, like all they ever do is empty the trash and sweep obvious stuff off the floor. When I got my meal I asked to have a box to go. This time for sure, I am not going to go back. The manager doesn't seem to care about their customers' health enough to use soap, water and elbow grease. WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN FOR A DAY AND DEEP CLEAN IT!!????!!

Had their tacos today. Lots of chips, salsa was a bit watery. Service was very fast during COVID-19. Fare was standard for Chili’s good but not great I go here every so often never disappointed they are often crowded when seating is available. Order online for now pick up early.
